Employment Contract

Dear Ms Sarah Shiraz,

We are pleased to appoint you as a(n) “Community Manager” in the (Digital Media Department), with
effect from 17th June, 2019 at Convex Interactive Pvt Ltd.

Following are the terms and conditions with regard to your association with the Company:

1. You will be on three months’ probationary period prior to your confirmation. Based on your
performance, the management may reduce or extend the probation period. During the
probationary period our relationship may be terminated without giving prior notice. Your
appointment will be confirmed after the completion of 3 months with effect from your date of
joining.

2. It is the management’s discretion to give you an increase in salary unless a year on job has been
completed. It all depends on the parameters and the jobs assigned to you at the time of
appointment.

3. Your monthly gross emoluments (all inclusive) shall be Rs. 25,000/-

Basic Salary Rs. 25,000/-

4. Company will deduct all applicable taxes as specified by the Government of Pakistan under the
taxation laws, and you will be provided with proof of tax deposits.

5. You are entitled to 15 days per year annual leave, followed by 10 days’ casual and 10 days’
medical leave, annual leaves will be availed after 3 months from the completion of probationary
period, Leave will be granted as per Company’s policy and at the convenience of the Company
unless an emergency occurs. If leaves/absence from office are availed during your probationary
period, then one complete day’s salary will be deducted.

6. Evaluation of your performance shall be made on periodic basis and shall be shared with you in
person.
7. You will be required, as the Company may decide from time to time, to serve anywhere in
Pakistan.

8. It is, of course, understood that you will be working on full-time basis and therefore will not
associate with any other organization, commercial or otherwise. Also that the information

or organization

10. Subject to what is stated in the clauses hereinbefore appearing, should the company have
reason to terminate your employment, you will be entitled to receive notice or payment of one
month in lieu thereof. Should you wish to leave the service of the company you shall give to the
company one-month notice in writing irrespective of your length of service.

11. Your services will be subject to the Company’s Rules and Regulations that are in vogue and is
part of this contract. It should be clearly noted that these terms and conditions are to be treated
as STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.

12. In case of leaving/ termination any discovery, creation, content, theme information about
technology used or efforts made to achieve goals and etc. during your employment period
relating to the business of the company are sole property of the company and must be kept
secret from competitors and cannot be used elsewhere.

13. You shall abide by the present rules and regulations of the company, which may be amended, or
new laws and rules introduced from time to time.

14. You shall not directly or indirectly be engaged in any other trade, profession, or business, which
could in any way represent a conflict of interest with those of our Company. Where there is any
uncertainty or possibility that a conflict of interest might arise, prior written approval of the
company management must be obtained before any such activity is entered into.

15. In case of leaving / termination, you will deliver to the company any documents / asset or other
material relating to business of the company that are in your possession and safekeeping.
16. Breach of confidentiality is a serious offence and grounds for immediate termination of
employment.

17. You must not remove any document(s) or tangible items which belong to the Company or which
contain any confidential information from the Company’s premises at any time with or without
proper advance authorization.

18. Your employment may be terminated by the employer providing 4 weeks’ notice or payment
made in lieu thereof. You may terminate your employment by providing 4 weeks’ notice.

19. You are required to inform HR Department immediately of any change in your
residential/correspondence address, phone number or in your civil status.

If above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, we shall be glad if you signify your acceptance
thereof, by signing this letter (where indicated) and returning it to us.
