An account must then be created on the Dataflow website and all necessary documents uploaded for verification. 3. An email will be received from HAAD requiring payment for the HAAD data flow, but payment is not needed as the DHA data flow report can be submitted instead along with proof of prior payment.

PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFERRING DHA

LICENSE TO HAAD LICENSE:


Note: All fees mentioned below , will be charged VAT from January 01/2018.
REQUIREMENTS :

 First you have to be on a job with DHA License.


 Secondly, you should spend at least 6 months on the job. And fulfill the requirements
needed for the transfer.

Steps of procedure:

1. First you can request a Good Standing


certificate(GCS) from your DHA account. This will cost
510 AED for normal process (15 working days) while
urgent process will cost you 1010 AED (2-3 working
days) payable using a credit card.
2: Next step is to create an account in dataflow.Start
verification. select
HAAD . http://www.dataflowgroup.com/haad/login.aspx, fill
up and upload all the necessary documents
as needed.Keep your DHA data flow report. Or if you
don’t have data flow report with you, check data flow
status by submitting your data flow bar code, reference
number and your passport number.If you don’t have this in
your account you can just simply e-
mail [email protected] and request for your data
flow report. In place of sponsor amount , enter as self
applicant.
3. Obtain mail notification: You will get
emailFrom [email protected] requiring your
payment for the HAAD data flow. No need for repayment
for data flow, you don’t need to pay for it again rather,
reply and send them back your PSV receipt along with
your data flow report thru e-mail and wait for their
confirmation.
4: You will get email
about, [email protected] will send you a
username and password along with a link to HAAD
website, and once you get in to your account you need to
upload and fill up again all the necessary documents
needed. Wait for their reply to your e-mail or you can
check the status of your application in your HAAD
account.
5.Now upload and fill up again all necessary documents
needed. Wait for their email or you can always check the
status of application submitted in your HAAD account.
Please note that, to be illegible for HAAD exam exemption
you should fulfill the professional qualification requirement
and never have sat HAAD exam
