    5.1 Start-up Service
    Start up requires that the designated plant operator be present during installation (if
    possible) and components check.

    The Decanter operation requires periods of time approx. 1-3 days to reach full stability and
    maximum performance. During this initial start up period, HAUS will supervise monitoring
    the Decanter operation constantly by receipt of operating logs to provide guidance to the
    operators to achieving the best possible
    results. Our commissioning engineer will visit a maximum of two visits, not exceeding 10
    days in total. For all other additional, the commissioning charge will be according to our
    standard daily rates.

    HAUS provides its Standard set of Drawing and Operation and Maintenance Manual Book
    including the
    manufacturer’s operation and maintenance manuals.

    6. GUARANTEE

    6.1 Performance Guarantee


    See the enclosed Performance Guarantee.

    6.2 Equipment Guarantee


    Equipment Guarantee will be maximum 12 months. In case of defects HAUS will proceed to
    the corresponding and necessary repairs and/or substitutions without any additional charge.
    Excluded from this guarantee: normal wearing effects, damage caused by inappropriate
    operation and/or mishandling and negligence, and corrosion due to non forecasted reasons
    in the order specifications and established beforehand.

    6.3 Spare Parts Guarantee


    HAUS guarantees for the availability of any kind of spare parts for the mechanical
    equipments for min 10 years. Spare Parts Guarantee will be 12 months (excluded wearing,
    rotating parts and motors).
