SUBSTRUCTURE
Site Preparation
Clear site of all bushes, shrubs, grass and remove all roots
Construction of notice board and council approvals

200 mm depth over site excavation of top soil to attain a reduced level
Excavation for foundation strip footing; not exceeding 1.5 meters depth, starting from reduced
levels
Disposal of excavated material:
