CRM Automotive Repair Enterprise

Objective

The CRM Automotive repair enterprises system is a Web application aimed to


provide various types of services to vehicles.

Existing System

 Inefficiency in managing break down details.

 Difficulty in assigning services to service team.

 Complexity in time scheduling.

 Difficulty in generating bills.

 The manual system gives us very less security for saving data and
some data may be lost due to mismanagement.

Proposed System

The development of this new system contains the following activities,


which try to automate the entire process keeping in the view of database
integration approach.

 Rich user interface is provided to interact with application.

 Reminder facility is provided to employee.

 Generates breakdown bill by collecting information service center.

 Assignment of services to service team is easy.

 Provides complaint and responses features.

 Services details are provided to client and normal users.

 Authentication is provided for all users.

Modules Description

1. User Authentication Module

Current application provides 4 different types of user.

A. Administrator

B. Employee

C. Client

D. General Users

This module provides authentication for all above users.

2. Vehicle Management Module

Administrator manages the following master information about vehicle.

A. Vehicle Brand Details


B. Vehicle Company Details
C. Vehicle Colors
D. Fuel Details

3. Service Management Module

Client raises complaint about his/her vehicle. Administrator enters the


information about client vehicle. Each client is given a unique vehicle
id and based on this service complaint details are entered.

4. Vehicle Breakdown Management Module

Client raises the breakdown details of his/her vehicle. Each vehicle is


given vehicle id, breakdown id, breakdown area and landmark. These
details are given to online employees.

5. Security

The user details should be verified against the details in the user
tables and if it is valid user, they should be entered into the system.
Once entered, based on the user type access to the different modules
to be enabled / disabled.

The system provides various types of reports which includes.

B. Client Vehicle Status Report

C. Client Vehicle Breakdown Report

D. Service type Report

E. Service Complaint Report

F. Breakdown Bills
