MOHRI, Architect & Associates while the interior design of the hotel was done by Canada-based

GLYPH Design Studio. The building is 41 stories high with the height of 180 meters (590 ft).

The hotel has 361 rooms and suites which includes two Continental Club floors. Marco Polo

Ortigas Manila is dubbed as the first “sky hotel” meaning the hotel’s room and amenities are

situated on the top 20 floors of the hotel building.

the Philippines with the opening of Conrad Manila in the heart of the burgeoning casino district

of Bay City on Wednesday, June 15.Located in front of the Mall of Asia complex, the 347-room

Conrad Manila is owned by SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation, a subsidiary of Sy family-

led SM Investments Corporation, and managed by Hilton Worldwide. The hotel offers 4

contemporary event halls and two ballrooms spanning more than 4,000 square meters. It also

features 6 restaurants and lounges, including a coffee bar, pool bar, and in-room dining. An

infinity pool overlooking Manila Bay plus a 24-hour fitness center and spa round out the luxury

features. The design of the building occupied by the Conrad Manila was inspired by the cruise

ships passing by Manila Bay. Conrad Manila was designed by WOW Architects. The firm was

also responsible for the interior design of the building. It was estimated that 6.5 billion PHP peso

was spent for the construction of the hotel building.
