PRESSURE***

While checking equipment during UnCAPP, WH pressure from the

Martin Decker and the digital package are not reading WH
pressure, appears to be obstruction in the hose, crew starts
troubleshooting, crew breaks hydraulic connection at back of reel
trailer and trys to pump and establish flow with Enerpac pump, flow
weak, break connection at hose package spool on back of
powerpack trailer, flow weak, crew calls for new Martin Decker
gauge and will continue troubleshooting WH hoses in CT cab after
function test motor and pressure test
NOTE WH pressure, CP pressure, and weight are all required by
Cerberus to properly fatigue new 2.375" CT string.

21:00 Proceed with test tools to bottom of XRV to 3,000 psi for 10
min / good test / swing to cellar, drain and BD test sub, MU 2.875"
Titan motor to spec 2,500 ft-lbs, confirm OD on Varel roller bit at
3.75", function test motor as follows
-1 bbl / 1,500 psi
-2 bbl / 2,000 psi
-3 bbl / 3,500 psi

21:30 BHA #2 MU complete, final RIH as follows

-3" OD 0.81' long dimple connecter
-2.88" OD 1.41' long Dual Back Pressure Valve
-2.88" OD 3.82' long Hailey Jar

21:45 PAUSE, walk lines with CUDD and Extreme valve team,
break circulation to gas buster, shut in at choke manifold, pressure
test 500 psi / low / 5 min, pressure test 8,000 psi high / 10 min,
good test, attach guywire package, bleed pressure to 0 psi

22:15 Revise JSA for working under CT console, BD and flush WH

hydraulic line at Martin Decker, flush at hose bulkhead underneath
and in console, continue troubleshoot at report time.

BD hose at bulkhead outside of doghouse (all established strong flow
with Enerpac), re-break and establish strong flow at hose manifold at
back of reel trailer, hose manifold at hose spool, supervisor goes to 4:1
de-booster on Quad BOP's and breaks connection and has good flow
from enerpac, CT operator can read digital WH pressure now and
properly update Cerberus string fatigue database.

1:00 0.25 COIL SAF 1 Walk the lines, re-confirm valve orientation, break circulation to gas
buster, SD, shut in at choke manifold, bring pressure to 3,800 psi (well
pressure 3,700 psi), SD, leak on high pressure grease fitting on
roadside hydraulic valve on flow cross, bleed off, break out grease
fitting.
1:15 3.75 COIL SAF 2 ***NPT STARTS CUDD CT REPLACE 15K HP GREASE FITTING***

CUDD does not have a 15K auto-clave HP grease fitting for this
hydraulic valve, crew member heads to meet CUDD shop hand and PU
same, will also PU Martin Decker WH gauge, parts on location, head up
and install 15K HP grease fitting, install Martin Decker WH gauge.
