Main problem of NOKIA company why it is fell down in the industry

 Nokia doesn’t have a compelling smartphone to offer customer. Now a days,


people were looking for some latest features which they can have security and privacy in
their phone.
 Nokia has limited features only.
 Nokia has the same price compare to the other smartphone but still Nokia doesn’t
have their latest specs unlike other phones like smartphones, has it lowest price but have
their latest features like colored phone , cameras which is cleared already and some has it
thin shape and light weigh.
 Apple, Samsung and other handset manufacturer sell smartphones now in the
market continuously with new updates, different features and useful for the people like
has internet ( Wifi and data provider ) Digital cameras with high quality which the Nokia
company can’t produce the same thing so they stopped making and releasing new phone
model.

1. Make some new strategy and some ideas on how the Nokia will rise up again. Hired
some people that has a knowledge to create a substitution for old Nokia phone models.

2. Look for some investors where they can buy Nokia brand name so it can still have a
chance to create a new models which can be demand in our society nowadays.

3. Relaunched the Nokia phone in this year and have some upgraded units but still let
those remarkable brand of Nokia remain, specially their ringtones, games , and power on
tune so all the millennials and the latest generation that doesn’t know this company will
experience the half of old Nokia brand.

RECOMMENDATION

We recommend ACAS 3. We wanted to be part of the latest generations, experience the


latest and upgraded mobile phone. But still we also wanted the Nokia to not left behind
on those new brands and upcoming mobile units.
