    Proforma for making Passport.

    In continuation of this office memo No.Ch.260/GS-13/E dated


    7.5.2007 on the subject noted above.

    The revised proforma for issuing NOC for obtaining the pass
    post as received from the Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary to
    Govt. of Haryana (Home Department) vide letter No. 14/18/2002-2PE dated
    16.3.2007 was circulated vide this office memo. referred above.
    The M.D., HVPNL while considering the issue of NOC on the
    revised proforma has approved some changes in the NOC proforma (a copy
    of which is enclosed herewith).
    You are, therefore, requested that in future No Objection
    Certificate for obtaining the pass post may be issued on the enclosed
    proforma.
