Final Parsing Exercise: Derived Stems
The following is a parsing exercise for strong and weak verbs of the major derived stems. (Niphal, Piel, Pual, Hiphil, Hophal and Hithpael). Give the full parsing information for each entry and be certain that you have accurately identified each element of the parsing. Also, be certain that you understand all the diagnostic points of vocalization that identify the derived stem. Most forms have been taken from the Holladay lexicon.
