Dear Sir,
It is stated that I am a student of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Department
UET Lahore of 2nd semester. My Reg. No is 2018-IM-5.
Sir, I have got FACS scholarship. The requirement for the maintenance of this scholarship is to
show them my detailed marks and grades of the 1st semester. That is why it is very necessary for
me to show them the certificate of my detailed marks of 1st semester. It is only possible, if you
will issue the order to LMS team to view my DMC as soon as possible.
Otherwise it would be difficult for me to maintain my scholarship. So, it is request you to please
do something in this regard.
