Study plan for admission to post-graduate program

I appreciate this opportunity to provide further background information in support of my

application to get CSC scholarship in your campus that starting in September 2019.

Academic background:

Mustafa AL-Hammadi , a Yemeni citizen born in the capital city Sana'a , I have finished my primary
and secondary school with remarkable academic performance being the topper of my school
throughout my school years, which allowed me to be admitted in AL-Kuwait high school the best
high school in Yemen where I got the opportunity to finish my school education taught by the best
teachers in such elite school, with thrust to learn, hard work and perseverance 12 years of school
education was completed achieving excellent grade with distinction(91.91%).

Being one of the high ranked students across the country, I was awarded a scholarship to pursue
undergraduate studies from Indian council for cultural relations as part of the exchange program
between Yemen and India.

Mathematics and physics being my favorite subject in school years, curious nature and the ability to
think analytically made me choose engineering as the field of study to continue higher education.

Yemen is considered as a developing country which lacks the technology and facilities to boost the
economic growth, I choose IT (Information Technology) Engineering as the major of my study in
India.

I believe that IT engineering is the science of this era and it is the most important science for the
future as technology associated with all aspect of our life.

I have competed my bachelor degree in IT engineering from Pune University, VIIT college expect to
graduate by the month of May 2019, with a good academic performance.

Studying my undergraduate studies in India helped me to grow both academically and personally
living in such a divers country having many languages and cultures and getting the chance to study
in such a multinational campus having student from more than 40 different countries makes me
believe that I will not face any difficulties with adapting with any environment through the
experience I gained in India.
I am socially active person with friendly nature having good communication and leadership skills, I
have got a medal for the first foreigner and best volunteer during NSS (National Service Scheme)
camp and I believe I got the ability to mingle between other cultures and learn from them. I am
always enthusiastic to learn new things about the technology advancement in every field and
specially in IT and its future development.

Study plan in china:

My dream is to work in IT engineering industry, to be specific Information security which I believe

will help me to find a solution for problems related to information security and find different ways
to protect against any cyberattacks, as Yemen is far behind in the aspect of Information security
and in technology in general and my long term dream is to become a professor in Information
security after working for at least 10 years in Information security and I want to discover new ideas
for protecting the networks and systems and see a deep in encryption and decryption algorithms.

I believe if I get the chance to achieve my dream, it will help the overall development of my home
country by boosting the economic growth which will result in a better living standard for the
citizens and try to make some changes to the current situation, as Yemen is considered a third
world developing country.

Hence, I would like to apply to master degree in Information security in China which will be a step
forward to achieve my dreams.

As China is one of the fastest growing economic in the world which mainly depends on the excellent
technology it has developed since the 20th century, this makes me believe that China is one of the
best destination to study and experience the development in IT engineering field due to the
amazing development it has been undergoing and still continues to prove to be leading nation in
this field.

Reasons to study in China:

Reading the books, watching the news, analyzing and observing the people of China, I am really
impressed by the way these individuals have proved themselves to be dedicated to their work and
with true efforts they have set china as a successful example for other third world or developing
countries. The fast growing economy, technological advancement and the global ranking education
institutes of China with good reputation makes a great aspiration to the students and professionals
for the better career perspectives. Thus, such kind of positivity has boosted my confidence further
and I am highly satisfied with the decision I have taken. Moreover, China's diverse cultural norms
and values, the famous gentle hospitality of its people and Yemen-China all weather friendly
relations since past to promote bilateral trade, acceptance and peace to both nations in great
clarity make me feel China as my second homeland. Al these reasons put together make China an
ideal place for me to do my master's degree. Concluding it, with high hopes I believe this
application will receive your favorable consideration and I will be happy to provide any additional

I strongly believe in the proverb that say "Take care of today, tomorrow will take care of you" If you
want to have a bright and promising future, you will have to work on it from now. Getting the
chance to finish my higher educations in China is a big step for a bright future. Knowing about and
living in a different culture such as the Chinese diverse culture would make a difference in many
ways of life. This chance would expand my knowledge and my way of thinking. I would get to know
new culture and learn about them. Therefore, my way of seeing into this would be through
different angles. As it's human nature, people are ambitious and when they get the goal that they
always wanted, another goal appears in front of them. For me, to get this chance is another step to
achieve my dream and if I get it, I will take all the advantages and learn the most out of it to achieve
my dream.
