Adi : Excuse me, Sir. May I come in?
Yuda : Your name is Adi?
Adi : Yes, sir.
Yuda : Please, come in and have a seat.
Adi : Thank you, Sir.
Yuda : Well, my name is Wahyu Dwi Cahyo Yudantoro, you can call me Yuda. I am the head
of the human resource department of this company.
Adi : Nice to meet you, Sir.
Yuda : Nice to meet you too. How are you this morning?
Adi : Very well, Sir. Thank you, and how about you?
Yuda : I’m fine. Thanks. Did you get stuck on your road to coming here? The traffic is heavy
this morning.
Adi : No, sir. I passed an alternative road that was quiet so I wouldn`t be late to come here.
Yuda : I see, that`s good.
Adi : Thank you, Sir.
Yuda : So, do you know what we are going to do now?
Adi : Yes, Sir. I was emailed and called by phone in order to have a job interview session
from this company three days ago. So, now here I’m going to be having an interview job session
with you.
Yuda : Very well. Can you tell me about your self?
Adi : My name is Adi Choirul Anam. I’m 23 years old. I graduated from Nahdlatul Ulama
Islamic University in Jepara. I took Electrical Engineering as my major. I love travelling and
singing to improve my health mentally and physically.
Yuda : You applied to be our Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Do you have any experience of
this job?
Adi : No, Sir. I am a fresh graduate. This is my first time to apply a full time job.
Yuda : What makes you decide to apply this position?
Adi : I think Electrical Maintenance Engineer is an appropriate job position for me. I find it
attractive and interesting as well. Due to the Electrical Engineering major I took, I’m sure that
my skills and talents will be conducive to this company’s success. I can also see a bright future
of my career by joining this company.
Yuda : Very well. So, what is your strength and weakness point?
Adi : My strength is my cheerfulness, my carefulness, my strong will to learn new things,
and my skill to work under pressures and as a team. My weakness is my phobia of dark.
Yuda : Well, it was a great time to have a little talk with you. We will announce the result of
your interview in a week. Thank you for coming here.
Adi : Yes. Thank you, Sir.
