    1. With due respect undersigned hereby submits this appeal for a sympathetic consideration of
    honourable visa issuing authority. Few objections have been made vide above reffered
    denial letter and I would like to apprise my case step-by-step for kind persual of compitent
    authority:
    I. At the commencement of my interview, the visa official inquired about my new
    passport in presence of old one which was not expired yet. He asked my plans for
    why having passport earlier in 2013. I responded stating my Bachelors was ending in
    2014 January and started to complete my documents as early as possible so I got my
    passport in November 2013. I brought to his knowledge that I made some
    amendments in my Father’s name on my national identity card and my passport for
    which I made my new passport in June 2015. This confusion, that I had my passport
    during my studies, lead the visa official to believe that I might have some other plans
    instead of study abroad.
    II. Afterwards when the official went through my documents he asked different
    questions relevant to my education and intended masters program. When he saw the
    bank statement of my father he asked few questions regarding it. He asked about the
    closing balance where some big amounts were transferred into the account. Due to
    aggressive and speedy questioning of the visa official in panic I got confused and
    told him that my father transferred them. I completely forgot to mention that we sold
    our property and transferred the amount to the account. Although the account was
    running and there were transactions coming and going but I got confused and forgot
    to mention. I have complete proofs of the selling contract of our property. I can
    provide every detail required to proof the sum of amount.
    2. Regrettably, due to repercussion of my pressure situation at the embassy as mentioned
    above, the visa official unintentionally overlooked the core facts and ended up with sending
    me a rejection letter. I would like to emphasize that real facts are altogether different from
    the position conceived. Objections mentioned in impugned letter and their proper
    justifications are appended below to communicate my versions:
    Obj (1). Die Ernsthaftigkeit Ihrer Studienabsicht wird angezweifelt (The seriousness of your
    study purpose is doubted).
    Ans. I have good grades in all of my educational career and I want to excell them through some
    proper guidance which I can seek through masters. My excellence record has throughout gone in
    an ascending manner as my educational documents are there to proove this. My final year project
    in bachelors was related to control systems and communication systems. I am very confident of
    my success in industry as I have the right pre-requisites in academics to work in technological
    field successfully which will further be nourished and cherished by the masters program I
    selected. My intended master “Master Information and Communication Systems” was in english
    language yet the university made a condition in order to get enrolled in the program as some of
    the policies were revised, students need to do minimum German A1 language level, which I did
    and scored 81%. This and my educational documents can prove my dedication and urge towards
    my masters program.
    Obj (2). Die Sicherung des Lebensunterhaltes für die gesamte Dauer des beabsichtigen
    Aufenthaltes im Bundesgebiet wurde nicht glaubhaft gemacht (Securing the livelihood for
    the entire duration of the intended stay in the federal territory was not substantiated).
    Ans. There is no tution fee in my intended university TU Chemnitz. It is totally free. As per the
    regulations of Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany I had deposited an amount of 8040
    Euros in my Deutsch Bank Blocked Account. I have a valid proof of the transfer of funds from
    the Deutsch Bank. Other than this I have a bank statement of my father’s account which consists
    of 1.047 Million PKR. I can provide extra money to my DB account if the honourable authorities
    demand as I have sufficient amount of money to substain my livelihood.

    3. In accordance to the submissions made above, it is humbly requested that appeal may kindly
    be accepted and denial letter issued to me may please be effaced in the interest of justice.

    I have worked very hard to get an opportunity to study in such a prestigeous institute with such
    an outstanding course outline. I can provide all the proofs required by the honoury authorities.
    My classes are starting from 5th October 2015 and the enrollment starts in mid september 2015. It
    would be a kind act if the process finishes by the date so I could join my classes.
    I shall be very thankful to competent authorities for considering my appeal,
