This sales news is to announce that the model code and the ordering procedures for all SBP maintenance
service products will be changed to comply with the new accounting standard IFRS 15.
The order of current model codes will be terminated on July 01, 2018.

3. Notes for Ordering
It is mandatory to enter the following information when ordering the maintenance service products.
・The Start Date and the End Date of AMC (See below (1) )
・License information (See below (2) )
・AMC period (See below (3) )
B. AMC type = Renewal (Maintenance service product should be ordered by suffix code "-R")
Please enter the next date of the current AMC “Support Expired date” (or “Support Till date”).
The “Support Expired date” is shown in "Support List" *1
e.g.) “Support Expired date”: July 5th → Start Date: July 6th
*1 Support List" is sent from YEF-GB(YMX) to the service department of overseas affiliate every month.
B. AMC type = Renewal (Maintenance service product should be ordered by suffix code "-R")
Please enter “License Number” of SBP product as target of AMC into specified item.
