Hey, Good day mah friend! I just got your letter. I also experience that
sleeping in the class, and guest what happened; my professor dumps me out in
his class. Hahaha. I know that feeling, whereas you can’t sleep at night for the
reason that you are thinking about your crush, how would you confess your
feeling to him, what would happen tomorrow, if I could wake up tomorrow
and etc. Well, I can suggest to you is to avoid thinking too much. Why don’t
you take a warm, cool bath or try drinking a glass of milk in order to sleep
well. Also, avoid using your gadget because it stimulates you. My last tip is,
why don’t you try reading a book cause I know most of us students hates the
book. When we see a book most of us feel like a little drowsy cause it really is
a big deal. Hahaha.

Sleepless nights? Well, there are a lot of tips that can help someone to
have a better sleep. First of all, a person should stay away from things or foods
that gives you energy and makes you more active. One should avoid using
gadgets such as computers and cell phones, especially playing games or having
a conversation with anyone prior to bedtime. And also, stay away from
drinking coffee, chocolates, colas and other beverages that can delay
someone's sleeping habit. Second, reading is a good help, just try to read your
handouts or lessons cause it will really make you sleepy or try to read some
books. Third, do not go to sleep hungry, have a light snack or drink a cup of
hot / luke warm milk. Last but not the least; don't forget to pray because for
me that is the most important activity someone should do in our everyday life.
Because in my case, I couldn't have a good sleep or cannot sleep at all without
praying. And that is all I wanna share.

Hello my long lost friend . I just read your letter and I can recommend
you some things that i hope will help you. I recommend you to make all the
things that you needed to do so that when you go to bed you have a peace of
mind that you've done all the things and all the requirements and it's time for
you to take some rest. Avoid playing online games, i know you're addicted to
this. Also always make a routine time for you to sleep every night so that as
time goes by, your body will be used to this and will help you solve your sleep
deprivation. Always remember that "tomorrow is another day" so stop
worrying about today because it's done. Take some rest and have a very good
and complete sleep for you not to feel sleepy every time you go to school.

Dear Abby,
My advice to Abby that she can have her goodnight sleep is that first, she
needs to stay away from stimulants like caffeine in the evening, including
chocolates, colas, and other caffeinated beverages because these delay sleep
and increase night waking. Second, do not go to bed when you are hungry.
Third, do not use any gadgets when you are going to sleep. Fourth, take a
warm bath o shower it helps prepare the body to sleep. Fifth, try a cup of hot
milk. Lastly, if you are not feeling rested and functioning at your best most
day, talk to your parents. You may need to speak to a doctor if you are having
problems sleeping in spite of trying the above tips. I hope these advices would
help Abby to have her goodnight sleep.
