QUALITY POLICY

We are committed to meet the needs of all interested parties towards quality service
and provide equitable, culture- based and complete basic education in compliance with all
statutory and regulatory requirements and ensure customer satisfaction through continuous
improvement.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES
We aim to:
1. Ensure that all JJDVSTVSS Programs and Projects are implemented.
2. Achieve customer satisfaction.
3. Provide technical assistance to teachers, school heads and non- teaching personnel.
4. Achieve timely recruitment of competent teachers and non- teaching personnel.
5. Achieve implementation of the Learning and Development Program by the end of
the year.
6. Comply with applicable statutory & regulatory requirements.
