KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, I, JENDRICKS S. LUNA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married,


and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Lagayan, Abra, have named, constituted
and appointed, and by these presents do hereby name, constitute and
appoint my counsel ATTY. ROWENA K. LAGASCA, of legal age, married,
Filipino citizen, and with postal and office address at REYNALDO A.
CORTES LAW OFFICE, No. 307, Jose Miguel Bldg., Labsan St., Baguio City,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for me and in
my name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and
perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely:

a. To represent me in SPA Case No. 19-001 (DC), pending before the Second
Division of Commission on Elections, Intramuros, Manila.

b. To represent me during the Preliminary Conference,to act, participate and


do the following, among others:

(1) Comparison between the original and/or certified true copies and copies
of documentary and real evidence.
(2) Simplification of issues.
(3) Necessity or desirability of amendments to pleadings.
(4) Possibility of obtaining stipulations or admission of facts and documents
to avoid unnecessary proof.
(5) Such other matters as may aid in the prompt disposition of the case.

c. In general to do all other acts, deeds, matters and things whatsoever as far
as the SPA Case (No. 19-001) (DC) is concerned, as fully and effectually to
all intents and purposes as I could do in my own proper person if personally
present.

d. To do, sign, execute, and receive papers/documents relevant thereto.”

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-


FACT full powers and authority whatsoever requisites or necessary or
proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present under any
by virtue of these presents.
