LINUX KERNEL:

• Linux kernel was created in 1991 by Linus Torvalds for his


personal computer.
• Linux kernel can be interacted using Linux API.
• As a part of functionality, device drivers control hardware.
• Linux kernel is developed using C and assembly language.
• Linux is a free and open source software.
ZICRON KERNEL

• Zicron kernel is powered in Fuchsia operating system.


• Zicron is a project of google brain team
• Formerly it was called as magenta
• Zicron is developed by a micro kernel derived from little kernel which
is used for embedded systems.
• Zicron has a capability based security model.
• Zicron targets modern phones, personal computers, laptops,
embedded systems.
