Employee Exit

1.1. Separation

We respect your decision of separation from us. In order to complete the clearance process and
provide you the service certificate, you need to complete the “No dues” form with signatures from
the concerned authorities and submit the same to the HR Head. Within two working days from the
date of submission of the “No dues” form you will be given clearance from the company. In case
you don't submit your No dues within 6 months of your last day at work, you would lose your claim
on your F&F amount. You would be required to serve notice period as enumerated in your offer /
appointment letter and where no such period is specified in your offer letter, you may sever your
association with <<Company Name>> by issuing a notice of 1 month or by tendering the payment
in lieu of the notice period. However for a probationer, the period of notice would be 07 working
days or payment in lieu thereof. No F& F will be provided to those who work for less than 20 days
with us.

Maximum of 10 EL can be adjusted against your notice period in case you serve minimum of 15
working days notice. All pending transaction from either side will need to get completed within 30
days of separation.
