Research Problem

In today’s competitive environment, customers want to buy products of their choices. To compete

in the market every firm wants to provide the product & services according to customer choice.

The research problem is:

To know about the customers’ choices that what features they want in their smartphones.

Research Questions

Q1: Do different features of smartphones affect customer buying behavior & satisfaction?

Q2: Among those what are the most important features customers want in their smartphones?

Research Gap

There is limited data available about customers’ choices and satisfaction. As customer choices and

technology is changing rapidly. Previous data collected from the database are not suitable for

decision making. There are 25000 smartphone users in the Peshawar city. We need to update the

database.

There is a need for customer satisfaction survey to know about their choices that what features

they want in their smartphones.

Research Objective

To find the different smartphone features customers want in their smartphones.

Research Design and Methodology

Data collection

The study is based on primary data collection. The data will be collected through questionnaires.

Sampling technique

This data will be collected through random sample technique. Questionnaires will be distributed

to the smartphones customers.

Sample size

Data will be collected from 6735 smartphones users.

Research Ethics

The researcher will keep all the data confidential and only the analyzed result will be shown. The

interviews will be conducted by the customers who are willing to give the information. There will

be no miss use of customers’ data.

Budget & Timeline

We have an experienced team to complete the project. For data collection, we will hire internees

for time-saving. The budget for the project will be $ 1050, to cover the stationary, internee

payment, and additional costs. (Budget details will be provided upon request). The whole process

will take 30 days to complete.
