ISO 10816-2 (mm/s RMS) LMZ 110MW Steam Turbine (µm pk-pk) Bearing 1,2 Bearing 3,4 Critical speed
A: Vibration < 3.8 Very Good < 15µm < 20µm Critical speed 1 : 1,670rpm
B: 3.8 < Vibration < 7.5 Good 15 ~ 20µm 20 ~ 32µm Critical speed 2 : 1,899rpm
C: 7.5 < Vibration < 11.8 Satisfying during the latest overhaul, will fix the vibration correction. 20 ~ 25µm 32 ~ 40µm Critical speed 3 : 2,405rpm
D: Vibration > 11.8 Allow to operate for 5 days and nights, to be repaired for better vibration. 25 ~ 32µm 40 ~ 60µm Critical speed 4 : 4,991rpm
Alarm: 4.0mm/s + (25%x7.5mm/s) You need to stop the turbine to correct the vibration. > 32µm > 60µm
= 5.9mm/s Alarm: 25µm 40µm
