• Providing effective and timely notification of severity 1 and severity 2 incidents to the L3 team.

• Allocating the Incidents Service requests to higher level Team if required.

• Monitor, track, update and communicate with team till closure of Incidents within the SLA.

• Working on SQL Queries and implementing scripts for data-correction.

• Day to Day Hands on Experience in IT-Service Management.


• Prepare day to day Reports on incident & requests.
• First line of contact for clients during service outages.

Worked in Mphasis (An HP Company), Pune as a Technical Support Engineer for Maruti Suzuki India
Ltd. project (MSIL),where I am responsible to provide application and infrastructure support to client
(MSIL), we deal with approx. 16000 dealer outlets across India.

Project - MSIL

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently create and associate incidents to the alerts generated using HP Service Manager 7.

• Monitoring network alerts through HP Network Node Manager.

• Can manually monitor performance of database through RDC.

• Providing effective and timely notification of severity 1 and severity 2 incidents to the L2 team.

• Allocating the incidents Service requests to Engineers.


• Monitor, track, update and communicate till closure within the SLA.

• Escalate issues to Middleware, Oracle/DBA, UNIX, Storage, and Network Team.

Project – Summary

This project belongs to automobile industry. DMS is an application used by the dealers of Maruti for
doing the day to day transactions related to sales, service and spares.

• Resolving all the issues related to application.

• Escalate the issues if required & co-ordinate with the Development team till the same is resolved.

• Working on Active Directory.

• Resetting password of the login id related to DMS application.
