1. OWNERS WARRANT THAT THE VESSEL HAVE VALID CLASS , P&I ,H&M INSUR-
ANCE AND TRADING CERTIFICATES THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE VOYAGE .
2. OWNERS WARRANT THAT THE VESSEL HAS ALL VALID CLASS CERTIFICATES.
3.OWNERS WARRANT THAT THE VESSEL’S HOLD ARE CLEAR OF ANY FITTINGS/
SUPERSTRUCTURES SUCH AS CARDECK, CURTAIN PLATES WHATSOEVER.
VESSEL IS TRADING AS A SINGLE DECKER .

14. PAYMENT:
CHARTERER WILL PAY THE FREIGHT W/I 2 WORKING DAYS AFTER COMPLETION
OF DISCHARGE AND ON RECEIVING OF FREIGHT INVOICE FROM OWNERS OF
EVERY VOYAGE.
15. WHILE THE VESSEL IS ON HIRE (COA) THE OWNERS SHALL BE IN CHARGE
OF THE FOLLOWING:
• INSURANCE OF VESSEL AND CREW.
• FEES, CHARGES RELATED TO VESSEL’S FLAG.
• PROVISIONS, CABIN, DECK, ENGINE-ROOM AND OTHER NECESSARY
STORES.
• FW , LUBS OIL AND BUNKER .
• FEES, CHARGES RELATED TO CREW SUCH AS CREW’S WAGE, CREW
CHANGES FEES.
COASTAL CONVERSION/ RECONVERSION TIME AND COST IF ANY ON OWNER’S
ACCOUNT AND TIME. ANY CUSTOMS DUTY APPLICABLE ON BUNKERS/LUBES AND
PROVISION CONSUMED DURING THE VOYAGE WILL BE ON OWNER’S ACCOUNT.
OWS GTEE THT VSL CAN LOAD UPTO FULL 2500 MT SUBJECT TO PERMITABLE
DRAFT OF THE VESSEL STOWAGE FACTOR OF CARGO PERMITS AND PROVIDED
THERE ARE NO RESTRICTIONS AND MEET THE MASTER’S SATISFACTION.
20. DAILY REPORT: THE MASTER SENDS THE DAILY REPORT BY EMAIL TO THE
CHARTERER/ OWNER FROM 8:00 – 12:00 SINGAPORE TIME. THE CONTENT OF
THE DAILY REPORT MUST INCLUDE VESSEL’S POSITION, AVERAGE SPEED, SEA
CONDITIONS, THE ROB, THE CARGO STATUS (IN PORT), THE
POB/ETA/ETB/ETC/ETD…
21. OWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO STOP THE VESSEL AT ANY TIME ANYWHERE IF
THE OWNERS STILL NOT RECEIVED THE HIRE AND OTHER PAYMENTS AS PER THE
AGREEMENTS IN THIS TIME CHARTER AND THE TIME OF THE VESSEL STOPPAGE
IS STILL CONTINUED ON HIRE.
(A) IN CASE OF ANY AND ALL DAMAGE(S) AFFECTING THE VESSEL'S SEAWOR-
THINESS AND/OR THE SAFETY OF THE CREW AND/OR AFFECTING THE TRADING
CAPABILITIES OF THE VESSEL, THE CHARTERERS SHALL IMMEDIATELY ARRANGE
FOR REPAIRS OF SUCH DAMAGE(S) ON THEIR EXPENSE AND THE VESSEL IS TO
REMAIN ON HIRE UNTIL SUCH REPAIRS ARE COMPLETED AND IT REQUIRED
PASSED BY THE VESSEL’S CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY, CHARTERERS TO BE RE-
SPONSIBLE FOR ONLY DIRECTLY RELATED EXPENSES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIM-
ITED TO CLASSIFICATION SOCIETIES FEES.
(B) ANY AND ALL DAMAGE(S) CAUSED BY STEVEDORES’ NOT DESCRIBED UN-
DER POINT (A) ABOVE SHALL BE REPAIRED AT THE CHARTERER’S OPTION, BE-
FORE OR AFTER REDELIVERY. IN SUCH CASE NO HIRE WILL BE PAID TO THE
OWNERS EXCEPT AND INSOFAR AS THE TIME AND/OR THE EXPENSES REQUIRED
FOR THE REPAIRS FOR WHICH THE CHARTERERS ARE RESPONSIBLE.
26. MASTER /CREW /VESSEL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEVIATE FOR THE SAFETY OF
THE VESSEL /CARGO/CREW AND THE TIME FOR DEVIATION STILL TO BE
COUNTED ON HIRE.
