    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, APOLINARIO G. FERARO married to ANITA CONTRERAS FERARO, of legal age, Filipino,


    with address in Poblacion I, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, AND
    APPOINT, KAISER J F. BANTA, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence address in Balite,
    Calapan City, oriental Mindoro to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my
    name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

    1. To facilitate the consolidation of the three (3) titles in my name covering the
    three adjacent lots where my residential house in Poblacion I in Naujan, Oriental
    Mindoro is erected.
    2. To pay taxes, fees and registration fees in relation to the transfer of titles and tax
    declarations of the aforesaid property;
    3. To execute, sign, and receive any documents, and any other forms of paper of
    whatever nature that may be required or is necessarily connected with the
    power herein granted including the receipt of the new consolidated title;
    4. To do all acts and things necessary in order to implement and carry-out the
    purposes of this Special Power of Attorney.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority
    to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in
    and about the premises, as I might or could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying, and
    confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
    these presents:
