User Manual (guard)
User Login Page
 You will notice the assigned site name
on this Page. In this example is: We
PDPA LLP [Glomac Damansara]
 To login, enter the following:
 Username: guard
 Password: guard
 Guard – Normal user, Sign in/out a
visitor.
 Supervisor – More functions,
Reporting, Settings.
Welcome Page
 You will notice the assigned site name
on this Page.
 In this example is: We PDPA LLP
[Glomac Damansara]

 You will also notice the user who


login.
 In this example is: guard

 Log Out:
 This is also the page where you
can Log Out from the system.
Press +

Sign In Page
 At first the Sign In page is empty. (Top Photo)

 To Sign In a visitor, press the + icon at the


top right corner.
 Then the visitor details will show up.
(Bottom Photo)
 Press “Scan” to scan the IC/FIN of the
Visitor.
 Enter Visitor details on the remaining
fields. Name, Email, Contact, Gender,
Vehicle Number & Company.
 Select Area, Pass type, Pass number, and
other fields if necessary.
 Press “Create New Sign In” when done.
Sign In Page
 A notification will show “Success” after a
correct Sign In of Visitor. (Top Photo)
Remember to enter all details to the
mandatory fields such as Name, Gender, Pass
Type, Pass Number depending on your
requirements.
 You can choose which are mandatory fields on
the settings page.
 Once the visitor is Signed In, the person will be
listed on the View Sign In Page. (Below Photo)
Notify Host
 This feature allow the host to be
notified through email when the
visitor arrives at the vicinity. Provided
that the person is accompanied or
expected by a host, meaning it is
optional.
 To notify the host, tap on the visitor in
the view sign in page and on the
bottom will have a Notify button.
 Press the “Notify” button to notify the
assigned host.
 Bottom photo is a sample of an email
notification.
 There are 2 ways to sign out a visitor:

 1. Enter the Pass No / NRIC / FIN

Sign Out Page  2. Scan the Pass No (If with bar code) / NRIC / FIN
 Press “Scan” to scan the bar code.

 Once the details are shown, check if the person you are about to
sign out is correct then press “Perform Sign Out”.
Press +

Pre-Registration
Page
 At first the Pre-Registration page is
empty. (Top Photo)

 To Pre-Register a visitor, press the +


icon at the top right corner.
 Then enter visitor details
accordingly. (Bottom Photo)
 Press “Pre-register New Guest”
when ready.
Sign In a Pre-
Registered Person
 Once a pre-registered person
attempts to sign in, a notification will
pop up. (See top photo)
 Press “OK” to Complete Sign in
Process. (See bottom photo)
 Select Pass Type and Pass Number for
the visitor.
 Press “Sign In”
Reports
 There are 2 kinds of Reporting
available for non supervisor users.

1. Evac Report – in case of emergency,
this report tells you who are still inside
the vicinity.
 2. Emergency Contact – contact
details of person in charge in case of
emergency.
