PLANNING

What did you learn from your planning I learnt that I need to make sure I include everything I am going
this week? to use a I left out a scene and if I started filming without it I
would have no idea what I was doing.

What issues did you encounter and I encounter 1 issue when I was doing the location recces as I
how did you overcome them? didn’t know where I was going to film, so I went on google
maps and found out the best locations I was going to use that
would be perfect for my productions.

How did you ensure that your location I ensured they were to a high standard as I included all of the
recces were completed to a high addresses and information. I then worked out all of the solutions
standard? for the problems I might occur when filming there so if anything
went wrong I would have a good solutions so nothing could go
wrong.

How did you ensure that your props list I ensured that my props and crew list were completed to a high
and crew list were completed to a standard by making sure that everything and everyone was
high standard? included on it and made sure I got who was who and who was
using the props at which times.

How have you ensured your I have ensured my production schedule include enough detail
production schedule includes enough by trying to include everything I was planning on doing but I
detail? could but everything as some things happened unexpectedly
but I got all of the main thing down.

How well have you managed and I have managed them very well as I sent an email to all of
organised your cast and crew to be in them when I needed them so they all knew when I wanted
available when you need them? them. I made sure to remind them on snapchat so they didn’t
forget.

Are you on track for the week? If not, I am on track this week.
how far behind are you?
What work do you need to complete
outside of lessons to stay on track?
