2 fault code 0164-11: injector actuation pressure sensor mechanical failure

1 Main Symptom
a. diesel low power operation.
b. diesel engine idling bad.
c. Under normal operating temperature of the diesel engine difficult to start.
d. below the normal operating temperature of the diesel engine is easy to
start.
2 Cause ECM detects one of the following situations:
. a difference between the actual injection pressure and injection required
to drive the driving pressure exceeds 3MPa;
b. leading to the fuel injection pressure control valve drive maximum or
minimum output current for longer than the time required This fault code
indicates that there is a mechanical fault, ECM and the electronic control
system is operating normally.
3 system response ECM will record fault code, fault code can be viewed on
the display module or ET.
4 Troubleshooting perhaps only at operating temperatures have failed. If
the system recently repaired, then the injector drive system may exist air
start the engine for several minutes under 1500r / min speed, to exclude
residual air.
3 fault code 0168-02: System voltage ripple 1 Main Symptom
a. diesel engine does not fire.
b. diesel engine stops running.
2 Cause ECM detects any of the following situations:
. a diesel engine can not be started, the battery voltage drops below 9V,
rebounded after 0.06s;
b. diesel engine can not be started, the battery voltage is three times lower
in the last 7s, less than 9V.
3 system response ECM will record fault code, fault code can be viewed on
the display module or ET. Only when the diesel engine ECM will record
operating code.
4 fault code 0172-03: intake air temperature sensor and battery positive
open / short 1 Main Symptom diesel low power operation.
2 Cause ECM detects all of the following conditions:

a.ECM read signal voltage above 4.92V at least 8s;


b.5V sensor battery positive supply line and short-circuit fault code does
not currently exist 0262-03;
c.5V sensor power lines and ground short circuit fault code does not
currently exist 0262-04; d. supply of power to at least the existing ECM 2s.
3 system response ECM will record fault code, can be viewed on the
display module or ET fault code .ECM intake air temperature will be
marked as invalid data, and the use of a temperature of 85 degrees as the
default.
5 fault code 0172-04: intake air temperature sensor shorted to ground 1
Main Symptom diesel low power operation.
2 Cause ECM detects all of the following conditions:
a.ECM read below 0.2V signal voltage of at least 8s;
b.5V sensor battery positive supply line and short-circuit fault code does
not currently exist 0262-03;
c.5V sensor power lines and ground short circuit fault code does not
currently exist 0262-04; d. supply of power to at least the existing ECM 2s.
3 system response ECM will record fault code, can be viewed on the
display module or ET fault code .ECM intake air temperature will be
marked as invalid data, and the use of a temperature of 85 degrees as the
default.
6 fault code 0175-03: oil temperature sensor and battery positive open /
short 1 The main symptom is no symptoms.
2 Cause ECM detects all of the following conditions:
a.ECM read signal voltage above 4.92V at least 8s;
b.5V sensor battery positive supply line and short-circuit fault code does
not currently exist 0262-03;
c.5V sensor power lines and ground short circuit fault code does not
currently exist 0262-04; d. supply of power to at least the existing ECM 2s.
3 system response ECM will record fault code, fault code can be viewed on
the display module or ET .ECM oil temperature will be marked as invalid
data, and adjust the oil temperature values into the coolant temperature
value. If the coolant temperature sensor is

faulty, one should use the following values:


. a diesel engine running, the oil temperature is set at 65 degrees;
When b. diesel engine stops running, the oil temperature is set to -10
degrees.
