MEDICAL&DENTALCOLLEGES INCLUDING ARMY DENTAL COLLEGE AND UN-
AIDED MINORITY MEDICAL COLLEGES IN THE STATE OF TELANGANA FOR THE
YEAR 2019- 20

Regulations:

The following are the Regulations for admission into Management Quota seats in
Post Graduate Medical Degree / Diploma / MDS Courses in all the Un-aided Private
Medical / Dental Colleges including Army Dental College and Un-aided Minority
Medical Colleges affiliated to KNR UHS.
Number of seats under management quota:
The number of seats available for the academic year 2019-20 in Post Graduate Medical
Degree/Diploma / MDS courses at Private Un – Aided Non – Minority Medical and
Dental colleges and Un-aided Minority Medical Colleges will be in accordance with the
orders of the MCI / DCI / GOI / Govt. of Telangana.

Any new seats permitted in Post Graduate Medical / Dental Courses will be included in
the counseling no separate notification will be given.

The No. of seats under management quota will be displayed before counseling
on KNRUHS website.
Eligibility:

The candidates who fulfill the following criteria are eligible for admission into
post graduate medical degree / diploma and dental courses, and they have to
get their certificates verified as per schedule to be notified by the university.

The candidates should secure the following cut-off scores and above in
NEET PG-2019 / NEET MDS -2019 conducted by National Board of
Examinations, New Delhi as per section (10) of Indian Medical Council Act,
1956.

*Lower percentage / percentile of marks for SC/ST/BC/OBC /PH is only for eligibility purpose
and will not be applicable for reservations as there are no reservation under management
quota.

The Candidates from All over India are eligible for Management Quota Sub –
Category – 1.
Foreign Students / NRI / NRI sponsored candidates are eligible for Management
Quota Sub – Category – 2.
Candidates sponsored by the Managements of Private Un – Aided Non – Minority
Medical / Dental Colleges and Un-aided Minority Medical Colleges having Post
Graduate Courses in Telangana State are eligible for Management Quota Sub –
Category – 3.
 Army Dental College seats are reserved for wards of army personnel only.

Candidates should have MBBS / BDS Degree recognized by the Medical Council
of India / DCI.
Candidates should have complete internship by 31-03-2019 .

Must have registered with Medical Council (Registration with MCI /DCI/State
Medical / Dental Council and its documentary proof should be furnished at the
time of verification of original certificates).

Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or

concealed any relevant information regarding this matter, such candidate
is liable to be disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the
admission will be cancelled. Further disciplinary action against him/her
will be taken by the University/respective institution. Legal issues if any
shall be under the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of
Telangana.

 If the candidate is having a Medical qualification equivalent to MBBS / BDS
(Primary Medical / Dental qualification) from outside India, the Degree
should have been recognized by Medical Council of India /Dental Council of
India for enrolment as Medical Practitioner in the Country.

Candidate must have permanent registration with Medical Council of India / DCI
or any State Medical Council / Dental Council.
Candidates must pay equivalency certificate verification fee as specified in the
regulations along with the registration fee. The verification fee and
registration fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a future date.
Therefore candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before
applying for determining merit.

Applications through Online:

The on-line application form for determining merit position in respective
categories (Sub category – 1,2 & 3) for management quota seats using NEET PG
– 2019 / NEET – MDS – 2019 scores will be available on the website
http://pvttspgmed.tsche.in/ from 10.00 AM on 07.04.2019 to5.00 PM on 15.04.2019

Note: The candidates are advised to take a print out of the Prospectus / Instructions to fill
the application from the website http://www.knruhs.in or
http://pvttspgmed.tsche.in/ before proceeding to fill the application form.

The candidate should fill the online application form available in the
Website with the data required-for, through internet. The online application
form can be filled through any computer with internet connection
(home/internet café/net center)with internet explorer 11 version. The
candidate is advised to fill the online application form after going through the
Prospectus by keeping all the Certificates ready to enter his/her correct data.

Procedure of filling online application and Procedure for online

payment:

1. Read the Notification, Prospectus / Regulations carefully.

2.Keep all the following documents ready:
(a) NEET – PG 2019 / NEET MDS - 2019 Admit card issued by the NBE

(b) NEET – PG 2019 / NEET MDS - 2019 Score card issued by the NBE

(c) Date of Birth Certificate. (SSC or its equivalent certificate)

(d) Study Certificates from 1st MBBS to final MBBS / 1st BDS to Final BDS.

 (e) Minority Certificate for Muslims for Minority Medical College seats.

(f) Internship Completion certificate.

(g) Medical Council / Dental Council of India Registration Certificate.

(h) Credit card / Debit card.

3. The fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.
4. The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable and not adjusted to a
future date under any circumstances

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION

FORM FOR DETERMINATION OF MERIT POSITION:

1. Open the website http://pvttspgmed.tsche.in/ Home page displayed as follows.

2. Click on the Online Registration.

3. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details to register.
4. After entering the details click on validate button.

5. If all the details you entered is correct, You will receive the Registration number.
Please Note the Registration number for further correspondence.

6. Then enter NEET Roll Number and the Registration number for updating the details of the
7. candidate and click on Validate Button.

8. The application form will be displayed as shown below

9. After filling the form, click onSave and Exit Button. This process can be

recent passport size photo on the space provided and submit the form at the time of certificate
verification.

Do's and Don'ts

Do not use mobiles and tablets to Apply. Use only computers with Internet Explorer 11 version .
Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action.
Avoid using slow internet facility.
Keep your mobile with you while Applying and do not block SMS.
 The candidate should paste a passport size photograph which is similar to
that applied for NEET-PG 2019 / NEET MDS - 2019 in the space provided in the print
out of online application form and submit at the time of original certificates
verification.

Registration Fee for online application:

The registration fee is Rs. 3,800/- (Bank transaction charges extra).

Verification Fee for candidates studied outside the State and Abroad:
The candidates who acquired their Under Graduate Degree outside the State
or Country/Abroad and got their certificates registered with Medical Council of India
and applying for admission into Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma/MDS
courses under this University, shall pay a verification fee of Rs.7,000/- for Degree
certificates acquired Abroad and Rs.3,000/- for the Degrees acquired outside the State.

The candidate should sign at the declaration area in the print out of the
online application form to be submitted at the time of verification of original
certificates.

Verification of Original Certificates and Online Counseling:

The candidate should attend in person for verification of Original Certificates and
submit the print-out of the filled - in online application form along with two sets of self
attested copies of required certificates at the verification center, PGRRCDE, OU
Campus, Hyderabad

The candidates shall pay Rs.2,500/- as Processing Fee through Demand Draft in
the name of Registrar, KNRUHS, payable at Warangal.

Note: The candidature of the applicant will not be considered for admission to
PG Degree / Diploma / MDS courses unless the print-out application form
along with the requisite enclosures is submitted at the time of verification of
original certificates. Custodian certificates are not permitted.

Merit Lists:

The merit position of the candidates those who applied through online in response to
the notification issued by KNRUHS for management quota seats shall be determined as
per NEET-PG-2019/ NEET – MDS - 2019 scores and as per their eligibility
criteria, applicable regulations, guidelines viz:
As per PG Medical Regulations of Medical Council of India, the candidates who secure
minimum of marks at 50th percentile (40th percentile for SC/ST/BC candidates
and 45th percentile for Differently abled candidates) in NEET PG – 2019 are eligible
for admission for PG Medical Courses.

As per PG Dental Regulations of Dental Council of India, the candidates who secure
minimum of marks at 25.835 percentile (172 Marks) for General Category, 15.835
percentile (140 Marks) for SC/ST/BC candidates and 20.835 percentile (156 Marks) for
Persons with disabilities in NEET MDS 2019 are eligible for admission for MDS Courses.
The University will release merit position of eligible candidates on website
to attend for verification of original certificates and online counseling at
PGRRCDE, OU Campus, Hyderabad on specified dates.

Management Quota Seats (as per G.O.Ms.No.40, 42, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated: 09-
05-2017: and subsequent amendments for distribution of seats

50% of seats in each specialty in each college are management quota seats.
The Management Quota Seats are categorized into Management Quota (a)
Sub – Category – 1. 25%, Management Quota (b) Sub – Category – 2. 15% NRI
quota (NRI/NRI Sponsored) (c)Management Quota Sub – Category – 3
Institutional Preference Quota – 10%.
For Management Quota Sub – Category – 1 – 25%, candidates from all the states
and union territories of India are eligible.
For Management Quota Sub – Category – 2 – 15%, NRI candidates and
NRI sponsored candidates are eligible.
For Management Quota Sub – Category – 3 – 10%, candidates sponsored by the
Management’s of the Private Un – Aided Non – Minority Medical / Dental
Colleges and Private Un-aided Minority Medical Colleges having Post Graduate
Course in the State of Telangana.
Note: The eligibility criteria for sub category 3 in an institution is as follows.
1. Candidate completed MBBS / BDS from that institution
2. Candidate is an employee of that institution
3.Candidate is the son / daughter of employee of that institution

 THERE ARE NO RESERVATIONS FOR SC / ST, BC IN ALL THE

CATEGORIES OF THE MANAGEMENT QUOTA SEATS

THERE ARE NO OTHER RESERVATIONS.

MINORITY MEDICAL COLLEGES SEATS WILL BE FILLED WITH MUSLIM
MINORITY CATEGORY CANDIDATES ONLY.
IN CASE, MUSLIM MINORITY CANDIDATES ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO TAKE
THE SEATS, THEY WILL BE ALLOTTED TO NON- MINORITY STUDENTS IN
THE LAST PHASE OF COUNSELING.

UNIVERSITY FEE:
a) All the candidates shall attend for verification of certificates and on-line
counseling along with the Non – Refundable University Fee as detailed
below in the form of DD in favour of Registrar, KNRUHS, payable at
Warangal.
1) PG Medical Courses : Rs.49,600/-
2) MDS Course : Rs.49,600/-

Candidates will not be allowed into Online counseling hall without demand
draft towards University fee

Tuition Fee (as per G.O.Ms.No.41, 43, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated:09-05-2017
PG – Medical Courses

Note: The Tuition Fee to be paid by the candidates is as per Government orders and
Hon'ble High Court Orders in W P no 130,131,132 & 17102 of 2017.
"Candidates are allotted into Private Medical / Dental Colleges shall pay 50% of Tuition fee
fixed for the respective course / Speciality as notified and submit bond for the rest of the
amount subject to the outcome of WPs"

All the selected candidates shall submit Bank Guarantee to the respective
college for Tuition Fee chargeable for the remaining period of the course.
The candidates selected into MD / MS / Diploma shall work for one year as
“Senior Resident” in the Institution where they pursued the course.
The selected candidates will be paid stipend @ Rs.30,000/- per month for medical
and @ Rs. 25,000/- per month for dental courses.

3. Date of Birth Certificate (X class / SSC or equivalent certificate).

4. Xerox copies of all marks statements from 1st MBBS to Final MBBS / 1st BDS to
Final BDS.

5. Copies of Permanent Medical Registration / Dental Registration from the respective State
Medical Council / Dental Council (If issued before May 2014 shall be renewed).

6. Copy of the Compulsory Rotatory Internship certificate.

7. Copy of Provisional or Original Degree Certificate.
8. Copy of MBBS / BDS study certificate.
9. Minority Category Certificate for MUSLIM Candidates only, if applicable.

10. Copy of valid Permanent registration certificate with State Medical Council (If issued
before May 2014 shall be renewed) / MCI in respect of candidates obtained Foreign
Degree.
11. NRI Sponsorship letter if applicable.
12. Institutional Quota Sponsorship letter if applicable

13. Demand Draft for Tuition Fee as applicable for Category in favour of Principal of
concerned college after allotment.
N.B.: ALL THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES ALONG WITH DD FOR UNIVERSITY FEE
SHOULD BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL
