PROCEDURE
INTRODUCTION / MOTIVATION:
The teacher will elicit ideas from the students through of Four Pics One Word game. The teacher will show a set of pictures where the students
will guess the word represented by the pictures.

INSTRUCTION / DELIVERY:

A. The Philippines is composed of 7,107 islands that represents a diversity of cultures. the good thing is that we have one unifying language,
Filipino, which is Tagalog-based. Nonetheless, many languages are spoken. Do you have classmates who speak other Philippine languages?
Process Question:
1. Give examples of dialects that you know?
2. Where and how did you learn about it?
3. Do you know how to speak these dialects?
4. Does each local language represent a local culture?

B. The teacher will discuss basic concepts in anthropology.

C. Who’s Who?
The teacher will give the real names of showbiz celebrities and the student will give the celebrity that corresponds to the name.

2. Why do others change their names while others do not?
