    Counsels for defence submit as under –

    [i] That in the present case, two of the accused persons are the prime eye witness of
    the said crime in every sense of the word.
    [ii] That the eye witnesses will be able to submit their testimony and tell the Court as
    to exactly what happened on the said date of June 12th, 2017.
    [iii] That it is humbly requested that the honourable Court allow the examination of the
    accused persons and put it on record.

    AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE APPLICANTS IN DUTY BOUND SHALL
    EVER PRAY.
