VINCE-TAGE CAR SHOP is a private company that focuses on car restoration that
meets the need of the customers who wamt to satisfied them self on modifying their
vehicle to be the one of kind. We specialize in upholstery,car wiring,body filling and
car spraying.

Industry Profile

The main idea for developing this business is due to lack of car builder in Kuching.
We find that many workshop in Kuching just focuses on car accessories on the new
cars . This would give us an opportunity in bringing uniqueness in car restoration
that meets the needs of customers. Other than that, our workshopt charge at
reasonable price for some part and higher price will be charge to follow customers
Demand on tbeir car.

find our place.Besides, this location has a huge area to work with and this area is
quite far from the city so people do not complain about smell of paint if we does car
spray.

Factors in selecting the proposed venture

We chose this business because there is an opportunity to show our skill as a former
student of Kolej Vokasional Kuching in Automotive courses. We believe that many of
our competitors served limited choice of service in rebuild an old car or restore their
beloved car regardless new or old.

Future prospects of the business

Our future plans for this business is to open more branches in Sarawak and slowly
entering the peninsula market of malaysia. Besides that, we hope that our business
operation will be recognized throughout Malaysia by maintaining our quality and
time management to finish our customer project car.

This business plan is prepared by VINCE-TAGE CAR SHOP for the purpose of obtaining a
working capital loan from Maybank Berhad for an amount of RM 85,000. This business plan is
also prepared as a guideline for managing the proposed venture.

4.2.5 Financial matters

The profit and loss of the company is distributed among the

shareholders according to the percentage of their capital equity. If one
of the shareholders is declared bankrupt or has many liabilities or has
been proven cheating, all the other shareholders have the right to remove
the guilty shareholder.

If a shareholder does not want to continue his or her involvement in the

company, his or her capital will be given back after the profit and loss of the
company has been taken into consideration.

Dismissed notice should be given by the shareholder who wishes to quit

VINCE-TAGE CAR SHOP has chosen Lot 226, Jalan Semaba, 93250 Kuching, Sarawak as
the location for selling its products. The following section will explain the details of chosen

Wide area space and less people live nearby.It is the right place to repairing vehicle so people
will not complain about noise and smell of paint.People will not be disturbed by our work.

5.2 Price of premise

We are renting the premise with a fixed rental rate of RM 2,500 per month.

5.3 Distance from the source of raw materials

we had to order goods from distributors who were abroad if the customer ordered spare parts
that were not made in Malaysia.

5.4 Availability of manpower

This workshop only have 7 manpower to perform.All of them are local people <with good
attitude, disiplin and well trained.

5.5 Transportation Facilities

There is no public transport through this area, so employees need to use their

own transportation to work

5.6 Distance from customers

Our business is located far from costumer because our job is to receive orders from customers to
rebuild their cars.Our customers are mostly aged citizens who have an interest and passion in old cars.

Our workshop is far from big city,but our workshop are provided with water supply.Water supply
helps us to do our job much easier when we're on body work and beside that,water supply also keep our
washroom clean.About the electrical,this place that we were planned to rent is provided with industrial
wiring that can hold huge amount of elctricity once at a time,so we can use many kind of heavy electrical
tool to do our job.About the telephone facilities is great,we can easily make a phone call without any
disturbance and the internet line also good for surfing the internet.

VINCE-TAGE CAR SHOP uses an organizational structure based on functions in
the organization. The firm is divided into general manager. Under general manager, it is
divided by three which is finance and administrative, marketing and operation. This structure is a
starting point for VINCE-TAGE CAR SHOP before expanding it business. We believe that this
organization structure will improve individual specialities in order to perform tasks. This
organizational structure will cover all aspects of the management as a business entity.
