Connect manometer 9996465 or 9996926 (depending on the system pressure) to the primary reservoir on the vehicle
using nipple 9992976 and hose 9996461.
4
Fit an exhaust hose. Start the engine.
5
When system pressure has been reached open the built-in relief valve. The air from the regeneration reservoir flows
from the air dryer together with water and any oil via the relief valve and the silencer. Check the cut-out pressure when
air dryer discharges. For the correct cut-out pressure see service information Air dryer, specifications in group 56.
6
Lower the system pressure slowly. Check the connection pressure. The connection pressure is the pressure that the
system has at the same moment as the relief valve closes and the compressor starts to charge the system again. For
the correct cut-in pressure see service information Air dryer, specifications in group 56.
7
Start the engine. Charge the pressure in the tanks. Check that the safety valve and air dryer connections are airtight
using leak tracing instrument 1159680 or soapy water 1161900 . Turn off the engine. Remove the exhaust hose.
