2. Introduction:
Freelancing Site is fundamentally created for clients, to help in present any sort of
task, apply offers on employments and furthermore land positions. The reason for

3. Aims and Objectives:


In the modern world, you can estimate the scope of freelancing websites by looking
the efforts of our provincial governments they establish a board of IT named as
PITB, in Feb 2017 PITB took a major step towards the goodwill of jobless educated
people. They trained thousands of young and needy people to earn money online.
After completion of training many of them are doing freelancing and become a
professional freelancer now a day.

4. Literature Review:
On the subject of self-employment and freelance as a new form of self-
employment, and reveals tendencies and perspectives for the development of
self-employment in context of the processes of globalization and the forming and
formation of a new (creative, knowledge and innovation) economy or a creative

freelancers in middle‐income countries. Previous research is limited to either
conventional freelancers or ‘micro workers’ who do relatively low‐skilled tasks via

This study uses 107 interviews and a survey of 658 freelancers who obtain work
via a variety of online platforms to highlight that Internet‐based communities play
a vital role in their work experiences. Internet‐based communities enable workers

4.1 Background:
This application runs on all operating systems which provide latest browsers. So it
may be possible that this freelancer made by other people but we it a user friendly.

5. Proposed Methodology:
Freelancer site used WordPress, HTML and CSS technology to make the client
interface (front-end) of the site. To make server side (back-end) WordPress, MySQL
and PHP technologies are used. To save the records of Member, Users, projects and
bid details SQL database is used. Record of new user saves automatically in the SQL
when the user login with the site. WordPress, PHP is used for communication
between user and the site.

6. Expected outcomes:
In the race to technology people tried to save their time and resources for this purpose
people declare their offers online instead of moving towards market. That’s why
people show their concern on freelancing websites and hire an expert after final
agreement related to time and cast. So jobless people find their earning. Also, the
following trends in 2017 are worth noting from the report by Freelance Union &
Upwork:

 Millennials are engaged in freelancing more than any other generations.
 Freelancers prefer having diversified sources of income rather than a single
one.
 Freelancers are more likely to obtain and develop new skills.
 Freedom, flexibility, and possibility to earn extra money are among the top
reasons to go freelancing.
