Intro: Providing Proper Fitness


My name is Manuel Rodriguez, and I strive to
not only provide my students with improvement
in their physical fitness throughout the class, but
to provide the students with the necessary tools
to live a healthy lifestyle moving
forward. Throughout this marking period I will
be instructing your child how to properly do
various exercises, as well as how they apply to

children are learning proper eating habits. No
amount of exercise outweighs an unhealthy diet,
it is important for promoting a healthy lifestyle
that students learn to eat properly. Lastly,
