B Arch or Bachelor of Architecture is an undergraduate degree programme of

Architecture. The programme involves the art of planning, designing, and constructing
buildings along with other physical structures. the basic eligibility to pursue this degree,
students must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Mathematics with 50% marks in
aggregate.

National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Chennai offers degree, diploma

and certificate programmes at the undergraduate (UG) and post-graduate (PG)

level. NIFT Chennai offers courses only in the design stream.

UG courses offered at NIFT Chennai are BDes Fashion Design (FD), BDes

Accessory Design (AD), BDes Leather Design (LD), BDes Knitwear Design (KD),

BDes Textile Design (TD), BDes Fashion Communication (FC) and Bachelor of
Fashion Technology (B FTech) Apparel Production. PG courses offered at NIFT

Chennai are Master of Fashion Management (MFM) and Master of Fashion

Technology (M FTech).

The design school also offers Diploma/ PG Diploma courses such as Diploma in

Fashion Fit & Style (2 years), Diploma in Textile CAD (2 years), Fashion & Retail
