Introduction
Congrats about wanting to learn about telekinesis, (tk for short)! Many of you have questions that I
hope this guide will answer as well as get you proper understanding of energy work and tk! Please
understand this guide is long for a reason. Energy work take practice, months of practice if you are new.
This is a commitment to something great and glorious. But before you give up, think of all the movies
and books you saw and read and remember the struggle, the practice, failure, learning, and success that
happened. You can do this! Just keep reading!
About Energy
The reason why you are learning about energy work is because tk is an advance skill. It’s cool in it’s own
right, but it’s not for the average newbie. Think about this: take a 1 month old baby. Could you expect
them to run a marathon? No? Why not? If your answer they are too young to even sit up, never mind
run or run 26 something miles. Then you are correct. Taking this example understand you are the
newbie and you are the one wanting to run a marathon. A baby must learn how to sit up, crawl, stand,
walk, walk longer, run, fall, run more and more and more, which eventually leads to a marathon. There
are a lot of skills and hours of practice before you will be doing tk, but don’t worry this guide will walk
you through all the steps needed to do tk!
First thing first, you need to learn what energy is and how to feel it. To better connect to energy you
must first understand what it is and isn’t. Energy has many names: chi, prana, magic, psi, even energy if
you want to get fictional. But it’s all the same thing. It’s the same energy that is the sun or wind energy
or burning coal or wood. The different names of energy are just different views and understanding of
energy. Remember the story of the tree blind people trying to understand an elephant and they are all
hold various parts of the elephant? None of them are wrong, but they are only understanding a small
part of the elephant. The same is true with the many names of energy.
Nearly everyone can feel energy. I hesitate to say everyone can feel it because there is no such thing as
a 100% when it comes to live things. Some people can’t feel energy because they are scared too. Some
have mental or emotional issues blocking them. Some simply just refuse to (mostly because they are
scared or envious). Never push your energy beliefs on others. If they don’t want to learn, don’t
pressure them to. But to get back to the point, basically if you want to feel energy you can. You don’t
need to born special or to the right family. There is no required religion or banned religion. You don’t
have to be spiritual, but many end up looking up different religions and types of spiritual practices to
help them. Energy work doesn’t make you a god, Energy users, or x men. It makes you human. Some
people are genius at math (not me!) some are good at art (I’m above average) and some can sing,
dance, be CEO, or use energy. We all have talents and these talents can be helpful or hurtful depending
on how you view and use them. Please never use these teachings to harm or scare another person.
The debate is energy work good is a complicated and personal matter. I can preach and list many
reasons why I think it’s good and not sinful or evil, but in the end you have to decide. So I will list my
views on the matter to give you something to think about. Energy work is natural. It has to be because
it’s everywhere, in everything. It was there before we humans came about. It was there before Earth
existed, because it’s in the sun, moon, space dust and all the things we known and don’t know. It feels
good. Yes it feels powerful and yes you can go on power trip, but you can do that with any kind of
power. The trick is to learn how to use energy for good and helpful reasons and not use to harm or
scare people. Knowledge of energy helps. Meditation, looking inward and facing your fear, anger, pain,
guild, shame, greed, lust, restlessness, and pride will help you stay on the right track. I believe people
who want or fear energy are the reason it’s banned, made taboo, made a secret teaching, viewed as
crazy or wishful thinking. Look at our movies, at our superheroes, Energy users, avengers, wizards, spell
casters, and many more. We love superheroes, but we are told that is just fantasy. Maybe energy work
isn’t as power as Hollywood shows, but it’s still real and powerful in its own right.
When you are practicing energy you need to be in the right state of mind. It’s best when you are first
learning to be calm, focused, not hungry, thirsty, or need the bathroom. Be in comfortable clothes that
you can forget about. You can sit, stand, lay down in any position so long as you are comfortable. But I
would advise not doing this too late in the evening or near a meal time as that can distract you. Try to
be in a quiet room with no external distractions such as a tv, radio, dogs, cell phone, kids crying or that
annoying parrot who thinks it’s funny to screech at 7am (true story!) It’s also best to have water, not
soda, nearby. Drink before and especially after a practice because water is grounding and will help you
feel better. It’s also better to practice at the same time each day (or at least 3 times a week) to devolope
a habit. You are welcome to practice more often so long as you aren’t getting tired or getting a
headache. Stop if you are getting a headache.
Now that we have covered all the elements in which to practice, let’s get down to business!
Ok now notice what are you feeling? I mean what are you physically feeling. I know you are calm,
relaxed, and peaceful. Go deeper. What is your body feeling? Post when you are ready.
Results: Are you feeling: warm/cold tingly/ buzzy light? Blood rushing, but not its blood? If so you are
feeling energy! Congrats! Now practice this once to 5 times a day for a week.
Tips: for those struggling to feel energy, remember you need to relax and let yourself feel. Stop
thinking. Stop looking for a result. It will come naturally if you give the practice a honest try. Also look
at your environment and mental and emotional state. Are you tired? Emotional? Hungry? Hurting?
Distracted? If yes to any of those, try this technique another time.
The next skill is about making a ball of energy often called Chi/Psi ball. This skill doesn’t have a lot of use
in itself, but is highly useful for practicing a few basic, but core practices which will help you do tk. You
may hear people talk about seeing their ball. That’s called flaring and it’s advance technique. It your
heart is set on tk, I would advised simply mastering psi ball. For those getting bored you can practice
making a ball in each hand, big/small balls, when tired, hungry, or distracted, how fast you can make a
ball or throwing one if you have a in person partner. You’ll want to research those advance techniques.
Result: You should be able to feel the ball of energy between your hands. It should feel like your hands
are being pushed away, like two magnets that you can’t push together. The ball shouldn’t be super
solid, but enough there that it feels like a ball.
Tips: Some people struggle to get energy to flow. Remember not to force it down. Breathe, Let it flow
gently and naturally. Flow energy on your out breath as you breathe. For those struggling to feel the
ball or form it, pick up some clay, mud, playdoh, or kentic sand. Form a ball. Watch Avatar the Last

Grounding
There will be times you will not want to feel energy, or not feel so much. Everyone has their own level
of awareness to energy. Some feel it more than others. Some end up feeling too much or will
accidentally gather too much. There is also another kind of overload, called empathy overloads. More
on empathy overloads will be explained in futures guides.
Overloads are not a good thing because for the obvious reason that they don’t feel good, also because
they can cause long term harm to yourself and your connection to energy. This is rare, and can be easily
avoided by keeping yourself from overloading, learning what the signs are for an overload and how to
ground. The signs for overloading usually are marked by unexplained headaches, tiredness (if the
overload lasts for a long time), breaking things unnaturally, or extremely energetic. Sometimes you can
feel the actually Force overloading your system. If you do not get rid of the excess energy your mind will
automatically block you from feeling energy in order to protect you.
If you find yourself or a friend feeling overloaded you need to go to a quiet, peaceful place and focus
sending energy to the ground. Although there are many ways of getting rid of energy here is a method
to try for your friend and yourself:
I like to teach the tree method. Image standing still and image golden roots of energy going from you
into the earth. Then picture the extra energy going from your body into the roots and to the ground.
Image all the energy from your head, shoulders, fingers and core being sent to your legs and to your feet
and finally into the ground. You can image the opposite of a tree drinking water or grounding lighting.
Once the energy is in the ground, it can’t come back. If you feel heaviness in your feet, you haven’t
gotten all the energy out. You may need to repeat this process a few times to fully ground. After you
ground you should feel a bit steadier, calmer, more stable. Remember to never panic when being
overloaded. It can sound hard, but fear will only make the situation worse and will make it harder to get
rid of the energy.
Grounding will teach you how to recognize the feeling of energy and how to control it. You don’t have
to get rid of all your energy. You can just get ground some of the way. This is good controlling practice
because sometimes a little of energy can go a long way. Grounding can also serve as a way of centering
your mind and emotions, a first step to meditation. It can be used after a traumatic event or a hectic
day. By allowing the flow of energy down and out of your body, you carry away the negativity that
blocks you from energy and opens you to receive the natural flow of energy.
For new people, feeling energy is hard on them. It can lead to overloads and overloads can drive people
away from practicing. For a more experienced person, its less "bad" and hard on them, but it can have a
harmful social effect. Serious places like work, shopping, school do not react well if you are always
feeling energy. You can come off sounding and acting weird. Some people are down right scared or
offended at anything spiritual. Also you can still not pay attention to things and get hurt. Such as a car
crash because you were too busy feeling some effect of energy and not paying attention to the car in
front of you. Never rely energy when it comes your life. You are human and you can and will make
mistakes. Its best not to be connected all the time.
Living Energy
A common term many energy users know is Chi or Qi energy, or life energy. However because I’m trying
to be neutral in my terms, we will just use living energy.
Energy and life are forever connected and bound to each other. Without energy there could be no life
and vise versa. The more life in one place, the stronger energy is going to feel. When a person grows
weak, their life Force grows weak too and can be sensed by another energy users. There will always be
the living energy if there is a life. Even when an energy users is in the dead of space, there is still the
living energy, because the Energy users is alive. The living energy can come any animal, human or the
smallest life forms, single cell organisms.
What is the Living energy? The Living energy is energy, aka energy, interacting with life. Life is all around
us and yes size does not matter to energy. The Living energy is the interactions of the all things living on
the universal, worldwide and local level. Energy is an everlasting, multi-layer existent that controls all
aspects of life and the total “plan” of the universe from the “crawling ant” to the fate of humans, the
health of the planet, to the path of any and all life outside our world. You will find that the living energy
is what truly gives energy that power, that strength.
Remember there are three "views" or "types" of energy: Personal, Living, Universal. The living energy is
different from the universal energy because its source comes from only living things, while the uniersal
Force comes from everything else such as rocks, water, and the sun. The living energy is the interactions
of the all things living on the universal, worldwide and local level. You will find that the living energy is
what truly gives energy that power, that strength.
However it's all the same energy, but different ways of looking at the effects of energy on you, life, and
the universe. Think of an elephant. A trunk and a leg and a tail all feel and do different things, but they
are all part of the elephant. Trees, plants, us, your pets, germs, mushrooms, and more is all part of the
living energy your computer, no. The sun, yes in a way. The reason why we have this term is to
understand a perspective of energy, which is everywhere. There are three ways to look at energy:
Personal, Living, and Unifying Force. When you practiced how to feel energy inside of yourself, aka the
three steps, you were feeling the personal Force.
Living energy is very important to know because life and energy work together. Without life there would
be no energy and without energy there would be no life. Learning to feel and pay attention to living
energy can help you in so many ways, including tk to form a better, deeper connection to the object you
want to move.
Although it is important to remember that the living energy is different to each of us, affecting us slightly
differently and because of our different views, we see, feel, and understand the living energy differently.
It is vital that energy users not only “knows” this, but senses, studies, and learns this connection if they
wish to understand the nature of energy and learn to help others. When a person dies, so does a part of
energy on a tiny scale. When mass of people die, energy users can sense that huge lost such as battle
fields or natural disasters . An energy user’s skill in energy will mostly come from the living energy.
Living energy affects each one of us, right now, in the past and future and as said, in different ways. We
are affected by energy differently because each of us has a different natural reaction to energy. Some
of us accept the living aspect of energy openly, allowing that person to work and understand human
kind. Others consciously or not use the living energy for their benefit, which is not always seen has bad,
as some people can and will use the living energy to help friends, groups, or themselves so to help
others. For those who resist the natural flow of energy, they are seen to be socially awkward, angry,
overly forceful, demanding in the wrong sense, and highly manipulative.
Energy flows everywhere and through everything just like air and dust and all those little tiny things we
can’t see. Through the living energy, Energy users can see how all life is connected. Energy users can
see how energy affects societies and how these societies function by connecting and feeling energy flow
through and around them, as well as the world. Energy users can also sense thoughts and emotions of
humans and animals. This is important for an energy users to be able to connect to living things because
they serve the people. In order to that, Energy users must be able to understand the complex web of
thoughts and emotions. A Energy users can sense everything, even non-living things, around them. This
includes the living world of plants and the circle of life.
The reason why we are starting with learning about the Living energy is because the next set of Force
skills will be based in the Living energy: empathy, telepathy, sensing/remote viewing, and precognition.
Through the living energy you can connect to all life around you and form a better understanding of how
the world works. You can learn how to feel the emotions and thoughts of others so to help them with
their problems or stop drama from happening. You can feel the health of a pet or a plant. You can
improve your sport skills, feel darkness or death. You can feel the emotional connections of people or
even an unrealized connection between people. You can be aware of the future.
You can walk into a room and understand the mood before you have had the chance to see or talk to
someone. It can help you pass an interview or help you get along with a girlfriend’s yappy dog. You can
use it in security or protect yourself. Or even close a sale in business.
Living energy can feel different from person to person due to our mental state of mind. You may pick up
on the negative if you are angry or sad. You may pick up how alive everything is if you feel happy. So
remember that when you are opening yourself up and you get data. It's not bad to pick up on only
negative or positive, but it helps you show you your own bias, which we all have. It shows you your
focus which you can then decide if you want to change that or not. But remember there is positive AND
negative all around you. Beings are always living and dying. We are all happy and hurting at some point.
Evil and good exist at the same time. It's important to pay attention to both and not get stuck on one,
which will affect how you feel and use energy.
It is vital that an energy user not only “knows” this, but senses, studies, and learns this connection if
they wish to understand the nature of energy and learn to help others. When a person dies, so does a
part of energy on a tiny scale. When mass of people die, a Energy users can sense that huge lost such as
9/11, Hurricane Katerina, 2005 Tsunami, any mass shooting, even, if you are really paying attention,
wars.
The living energy can be surprising where it can be found. Yes a lush forest or jungle is a prime area for
it, but you can find it where you wouldn’t think life was. An example from my own past. During my first
few months of feeling energy I was 13 I was on a trip out to desert where I had never been. I grew up in
Virginia, which is lush and green and if you aren’t careful a tree will pop out where you stand with a
squirrel throwing as many nuts as it can at you (I sorta only half kid about that). I had thought there
would be no to little energy out there. When I got out there I was surprised by how much I could feel.
One thing I didn't consider was I was a part of energy so I will always feel it There is always surprising
amounts of energy everywhere you go. Even in the deep oceans you will feel it.
I have been to Stone Hedge in England and while I can’t say why Stone Hedge is there, I can say there
seems to be more Living energy there than normal, however it is surrounded by grass and bitter cold
wind (at least in February). Another strange interesting experience is when I came to Utah my teacher
drove me up to the side of the mountains, sorta at the base. He asked me to feel energy and describe
what I felt. It took a little bit of effort because I wasn’t sure if I was right, but I eventually said I could
feel this old feeling of the living energy. He then told me about Lake Bonneville, an ancient inland sea
that took up most of northern Utah and Idaho. What I was feeling was strong life that was once there
and has now turned into mild desert. Last winter I went to Florida and spend some time with Kent at
Bush Gardens. It was a utterly gorgeous park and what was really wonderful was feeling the strong
pulsing feeling of life thriving there.
Living energy can be thought of as a flowing river that flows through everything. It flows through you
right now, though some of you aren't aware of it. When you find yourself in the middle of drama, one
trick to get out of it is to open yourself up to the Living energy which helps you ground back into reality
and see more clearly. Many of our skills are cased in living energy and about us noticing the flow. Those
who resist the flow of energy are socially awkward (unless it's genetics), angry, overly forceful,
demanding, and highly manipulative. We often talk about giving up control and going with the flow. This
is why I had you learn and practice integration before this class. If you are focusing only on yourself, how
can you feel the emotions of others or see a social problem or get across traffic safely. Feeling the flow
of energy can become the start of your morning wake up/meditation. It is how I start when I want to
feel energy. It is how I start when I want to feel someone or find something.
Step 2. The Bubble. Let's call your feeling of energy your awareness. That awareness can be imagined as
a bubble. Your awareness bubble. Right now your bubble is skin tight so you are only feeling energy
inside of yourself. Imagine that bubble being expanded one inch past your skin in all directions. You are
pushing your feeling of energy outside of your body. Now with energy, gently push that awareness to
that one inch mark.
Step 3. Now that you have your tiny bubble of awareness, I want you to expand it another inch.
Remember to breathe and relax. Don't fight it.
Step 4. Keep slowly expanding your bubble until you can feel the entire room you are in. For the more
advance students: picture your room. Now open yourself up to feeling the whole room at once. It's
more information, more of a shock. Don't see it as a shock, but opening your awareness in a quick and
effect manner.
Sensing
Sensing is a vital ability to do tk. It also a highly useful skill in its own right. Sensing is the ability to feel
an object through energy. It’s rather like radar or echolocation (what dolphins use to locate things).
With the right technique and practice you can walk through a room, eyes closed and never bump into
anything. It’s also useful for getting through a crowd, finding people, and in sports (and oh so handy in
laser tag)
When an energy user is sensing they almost physically feel and see the object. A good example of this is
someone sticking their hand into a bag full of blocks without looking. As the hand grabs onto that
object, the nerves in the fingers and palm send a message to the brain. The person will register the
block is solid, made out of wood, is in a cube shape, the surface is somewhat smooth, but a bit rough
and the cube is small. At the same time an image in formed in the person’s mind. They end up picturing
what the cube looks like, based on what they feel. So in a sense, that person has felt and seen the cube
without even looking with their eyes. With energy, this is no different. Instead of reaching out with a
hand, the user will reach out with their mind, using energy as the nerves in the mental fingers and palm.
How to Sense
Step 1. Feel living energy. Expand your bubble of awareness until you can feel the whole room full of
energy.
Step 2. Think of a known object in your room that is staying still (not your pet or child or that weird
electronic toy). Think of where that object is in relationship to you. think of what looks like and what size
it is.
Step 3. Narrow your bubble of awareness to the object such as a chair. Feel the object. Feel the shape
and the solidness. Feel the distance between you and the object. post if you can feel it and what it feels
likes.
Kinesis
Kinesis, most commonly known as telekinesis or pyschokinesis (Greek for mind movement) is possible
the most popular of the skills and the hardest for reason to be explained later. Kinesis refers to the
movement of mass caused by a stimulus. For Force users, energy, as energy, is the stimulant. For all its
popularity in books and movies, so few authors ever get close to the reality of telekinesis. They distort
the effects, methods, logic, and results of the skill. YouTube is a perfect example of how people falsify
telekinesis by creating thousands of homemade cheating videos, using hidden magnets and strings. One
famous video known to psions look so real and passes all the obvious tests, but it’s still faked. You can

there were tubes in the legs of the chair. This video was done on purpose to teach its viewers to be
cautious when watching any video and to question any claim of power, as the author thought was very
important.
One of the best weapons toward foolery is reason and logic. There is so much out there, outside of
energy that is false and an energy users should be on the lookout for them. Always question everything
and never take anything for face value. As someone once said “Keep an open mind, but don’t let it fall
out.” The same applies to telekinesis.
Doubt
There are beliefs, some real and others not, centered on telekinesis. One of the beliefs is the different
names of “kinds” of telekinesis such as “pyro” “aero” “hydro” and even “necro”. The truth is all of these
names are unnecessary as they mean the same thing: move different kinds of mass with one’s mind.
You use your mind to effect water, wind, water using the same method that you would for a psi wheel.
Some of the different names are just plain silly and do not make sense, like the ability to effect death,
time, and shadows. So when reading an article mention these terms be alert and make sure the article
is logical.
The hardest part about any kinesis is the belief factor. The actual doing of kinesis is rather easy, but
convincing the mind that one can do this is decidedly difficult. Many starters wish to see proof of this
feat. Unfortunately, movies, homemade or professional, can be easily counterfeited or misleading in
how easy it is to do the feat. Seeing someone do it through a web cam, in real time, is much more
truthful, but even so the mind may not be convinced enough to succeed. Whether big or small the
object you are trying to move, both can be moved equally with the same amount of will power and
energy. Do not let the size faze you. Weight does not play a factor in this skill as well. Only gravity and
your own strength will and belief that the impossible is possible be your hinder.
Remember the movie the Matrix, (the first one) where Neo was being asked to jump from one building
to the next. He was told to “free his mind” from doubt so he could do such a feat. He jumped, looked
down, and then fell. He fell because he was not truly aware of how he had been condition by society to
believe there will always be gravity and that he cannot possibly defy “rule”. When he started jumping,
he had a fear about breaking the rule of gravity and submitted to old rules. With telekinesis you will
have to learn to stop fearing what society dictates is impossible. You need to let go of the doubt, of the
fear of doing the impossible, and wholly embrace the fact that telekinesis is possible without proof. The
moment you let the fear and the doubt back in, your psi wheel (covered in the next section) will either
stop moving or do nothing.
Telekinesis
This skill is the most famous one in movies and in books, often only half described on how to do it. In
the present world, telekinesis is not a mandatory skill to learn for an rnergy user, but one that is
interesting and will teach the Energy users more about the properties of energy. Telekinesis is best
known as the ability to move objects with your mind. A Energy users should know that it is energy that
moves the objects, not strong thoughts.
Many people make the mistake of thinking that an energy user move or lift something or start a fire just
by thought and will power. This is not so. A Energy users manipulates energy so energy causes the
object at hand to do something. So in order to do any type of kinesis, an energy user should use their
mind to access energy and let energy do the moving for them.
We all wish we could levitate the remote control to our hand and save ourselves the energy of getting
up, but most of us have a far ways to go. Even once an energy users gets past the doubt aspect, he or
she is going to only be able to nudge something or cause a flicker in a flame. All kinesis require mental
strength and control. This strength must be built up with lots of practice, but beware of doing too much
practicing at once. Short, thirty minutes or less practices, twice a day will enough. Should you find
yourself feeling drained of mental or physical energy or with a headache take a break for that day. Then
shorten the practice for the next few times until you are not getting so worn out. Check to see how
hard you are trying.
A few times an untrained Energy users will open them to energy while thinking or staring at an object
and cause that object to fall. This is not bad and can be used for the belief problem by remembering
that telekinesis can be done. In fact, one really good trick that a site describes is fooling your mind into
believing that you just barely moved the psi wheel, knowing you really did not. Once your mind is
convinced this can really happen, all you have to figure out is how to ask the wheel to move, not force,
beg, or will it to move. Then, you learn how to be aware of the part of your mind that is moving energy
around the wheel and start learning control.
Remember, once you do something, you can also do it again. Occasionally an angry, emotional,
untrained Force user can cause nearby objects to break. This event is sometimes known as a poltergeist,
but do not confuse it with the fictional ghost. Teenagers are often the ones to happen them the most as
they enter a very emotional stage. This sudden and strong telekinesis movement occurs because energy
user has a lack of emotional and Force control. It is suggested that the person grounds daily and
watches their anger or fear if these events happen. Emotional control and concentration is essential to
telekinesis.
Some beginners think that trying very hard to move an object will do the trick. This is hardly correct way
of thinking. No Force user should try to "will" anything to move, you have to "ask" and let the object
move on its own. In reality it takes very little effect to move a piece of paper. Do not try to command
energy to move something, always respectfully request energy to do it. Understand that this is not the
movies, we are not powerful Energy users, and we are far from able to lift entire houses without much
training. There are no masters in energy to teach you these “secrets” you might think exist. If you think
are you going to be that all powerful, TV remote lifter in a month of a few practice sessions, you would
be best to try another skill. Telekinesis is a slow process involving lots of hard, steady, frustrating work
that cannot be rushed with no shortcuts to be found, and little baby steps to take.
To start off, sit in front of the wheel with on the floor, or near a table. Get comfortable because you are
going to be there for a while, but do not get so comfortable that you become bored or fall asleep. Have
the wheel at a distance so if you breathe hard you will not move it, but try to get fairly close to the
wheel. Wait a minute to check for breezes. If there is a breeze, try to track the breeze down, such as a
fan, a window, or a heat vent. You might have to move around the room or to new room because if
there is any breeze, there is no way to tell if you or the breeze moved the wheel at any time. You will
also want to check to see if you sigh or breathe a bit harder than normal will affect the paper. Third, put
your hand near the wheel. You will naturally cause a bit of disturbance in the air, so wait for the wheel
to stop moving before you continue. Some researchers argue that the heat from your hand is enough to
cause the wheel to move on its own, but this is merely an opinion with no research or solid logic to
prove this. It is in my experience and the experience of thousands of others, this theory is incorrect, but
you can test it out for yourself if that is a concern of yours. Once you have done these tests, you can be
sure that whatever movement happens next, will come from your efforts.
Breathe and relax your mind and body to open your mind to energy. You will want to let go of any
emotions, good or bad, that you carry with you as they are a huge distraction. Fear or anger will stop
the flow of energy off from a Energy users and make telekinesis hard or impossible. You will want your
mind to stop it’s usually racing and focus on just one goal; move the wheel. Allow Force to flow through
you and become aware of your surroundings. Extend your awareness to the wheel. Feel the paper,
sense the paper, and know everything you can about it. Sense the paper so thoroughly that you become
part of the paper. It is going to feel as though you are both the paper and yourself. It is like you are
seeing and feeling it with your hands, but in an all-in-one feeling.
Think of a direction that you would like the wheel to move in, right or left. The next step is very
important, even if it doesn’t make sense, it is the utter most importance that it is followed, or you will
make the mistake that so many beginners do. Do not try to move the wheel. Do not try to mentally
push or shove the wheel. Do not try to force the wheel to move. It will not work and it will give you a
headache and tire you out. In my own practices, I have discovered there is something in the back of
your mind that does the moving of the psi wheel. You will have to find this part of the brain through
experimenting. In order for the wheel to move, that part of your mind needs connect to the wheel with
energy and to the wheel at the same time. This will be hard at first and is usually a trial by error
practice, much like learning many sports. You have to keep the skill until one time you get it and can
understand what you did in order to reproduce it.
This is hard to put into words as it must be discovered by the student. You have to have this connection,
ask the wheel to spin. At first the wheel might only shake or wobble. This is a good sign and happens
because your focus is not very strong. Continue to think of a direction for the wheel to move, but do not
think about it too hard, as in do not try to force the wheel to move. Keep calm and focused. Check your
mental state. For telekinesis, you really need to get pass the doubt factor. Any disbelief will distract you
and make this all but impossible. It is crucial to believe that this can be done even if you have not done
it yet. If you are still getting nowhere, take a break and come back when you are fresh and calm. Try
breathing on the wheel just enough to see it move or try tapping it with your finger. Take a moment to
really notice how little effort is needed to make it move. Keep this in mind when you go back to
practice.
After a couple of practices, the wheel should start moving. Do not be surprised when you find that you
are tired when you really just stared at a piece of paper and “asked” the wheel to move for a few
minutes. This is quite normal. It takes a lot of energy to move a piece a paper simply because you never
have. It’s like trying to run a mile when you have never run before. With time, practice, and
experimenting, your control and endurance will grow.
I cannot stress enough the importance of keeping calm and completely focused. Just a split second
diversion can stop the wheel. The flicker of emotion, the attention of something moving or shiny is all it
takes to ruin your concentration when practicing with energy. Because your connection to energy is
directly linked to your emotions, it is important to learn and rid yourself of all emotions. One of the
hardest lessons to learn is to let go of excitement. Seeing the wheel move at your command is truly
exciting. For the first time you have done what you have always wanted to do. It seems you gained god
like power, even if it’s only getting paper to spin. But you must release those elevated feelings. You
have to get over the excitement and commit yourself to steel focus. If you do not, you will find
excitement quickly replaced by frustration and anger at yourself. In time you will find that the
excitement will wear off and you will be able to go further in your training.
This is just one method. Everyone ends up having a different way of explaining how telekinesis works
for them. You would do well to research other explanations if this one does not help you. Though,
beware, not all methods are valid as some are bogus or so poorly written, that the guide helps no one.
Keep this in mind when reading another article. If you wish to take the wheel to the next step, find a
glass jar to put over it and move it. You will find that the mental block is the hardest part to get over.
Note that the glass has no effect on your skills, other than make it seems harder. If you find that the
wheel is too hard or boring, you can try a pendulum, a string tied to something so it hangs and can be
made through telekinesis to swing in any direction you wish. You can also play around with rolling
round and smooth pencils.
