NARRATIVE REPORT

The existence of technology in Teaching-Learning Process provides a great help in

School/Classroom activities as well as the Teaching Process itself. It includes graphic arts
designing, various activity supports, and multi-media development, typing, printing and
assisting the learner’s interest. These are just some of the many ways ICT is being
used/integrated in the classroom.

The photo showed how Technology used in

presenting the lesson to the learners. It helps a lot in a
way that it is more durable and portable. If you cannot
bring the actual thing or place inside the classroom,
then put it on a screen by means of Technology.

Since the capability of technology is likely

new to eyes of some learners, somehow it arouse
the curiosity of these learners that will penetrate
their hearts and mind to love, listen and enjoy the
lesson proper. Because out of this curiosity comes
interest, and out of interest comes learning and
someday it will come to their realization and
motivate themselves that learning is a weapon
that they will utilized someday in the future.
The following photos represent that
technology will catch the interest of the
Learners. It’s like new, awesome,
high-tech, and “Astig” to the minds
and perceptions of the young learners
making this technology trending in the
classroom learning environment. Thus, this only proves that learning
is actually present in the said scenario.

Technology is not applicable only as instructional

material used in teaching. In this photo, it can also be used as
an assessment tool in the teaching-learning process of a
learner. Assessment tool such as projects and written works
which is a must for us teachers to do so. According to the
photo itself, it can also be used as a Parent – Teacher
Communication tool for the parents to know what going on to
their child in terms of his/her written works. And also, the
teacher used photo as a proof that the learners really shows
what they‘ve got in their examination to their parents aside
from parent signature which is the very common strategy of a
teacher nowadays which is for me, it lessen the authenticity
because some learners mimic the signature of their parent.

Technology is truly amazing, not only for country’s development but also to the
academic performance of the Learners. I as a public servant, “Teacher” to be Specific, advice
that, let us try to integrate technology in our teaching, because we are not just teaching our
students knowledge, wisdom, good morals and skills but also we are teaching them the
“Reality” that “Better be unborn than untaught, for Ignorance is the root of misfortune”.
