1.0Introduction

This proposal is being prepared for the Design and Supply of materials for EPC of 132 KV
Transmission line 1.25 KM Length, at the production well pads 11/1a & associated gathering station
expansion at West Qurna contract area; based on the mail enquiry and inputs received. The techno
commercial details are based on the certain assumption and any variation required during the
detailed assessment at the time of site visit prior to award shall be quantified; the Purchase order
will be amended accordingly. The brief scope and responsibility is given under.

• The prices are based on CIF Umm Qasr, Iraq basis excluding applicable duty, taxes, etc.
prevailing at IRAQ.

• The bills for Supplies shall be submitted once the materials are ready for dispatch. The bill
for Services shall be raised upon completion of each calendar month and submit to MSK
Group by or before 5th of following month.

5.2 Payment Terms

6. Exclusion from our scope of work

➢ Any works related to site installation, testing and commissioning works.

7. Inspection of Materials

➢ Tender documents indicates 4 levels of material and production inspections. However, as

per discussion with Lukoil/MSK in meeting held on 02nd September 2018, Enmas suggested

to reduce the levels of inspections to 2 levels i.e. combine inspection 1&2 to Level A and
inspection 3&4 to Level B. This will help to reduce the production and shipping time and
completion of project activities within due time frame with quality products and services as
per project requirements.
