2- Special

Paragraph Mark:

It is used to find the amount of horizontal or vertical space between paragraph and
words and do replacement.

Tab Character:

It finds the given tab option and replaces it with selected tab option

Any Character:

It does the replacement of tabs with no tabs and vice versa.

Any Digit:

It finds the available digits in the document for the purpose of replacement.

Any Letter:

It performs the job of any sort of letter given in the document and replaces it.

Caret Character:

Does the same job with ^ caret character (Shortcut key Shift+6) that is already
discussed in Tab and Any Character option.

Section Character:

Performs the same job like above mentioned like find ^t replace ^% will replace tab
area into §.

Paragraph Character:

Like replace § with ¶ (find ^% replace with ^v).

Column Break:

Finding any case and replacing with column break or page break like find ^t and
replace with column break; it changes all tabs with page breakers.

Em dash and En dash:

To find and replace with dashed for example Em dash ^+ (Alt+Ctrl+Num—) and En
dash ^= (Ctrl+ Num –) can change them to one another and add something before or
after the dashes.
Field:

To find and replace data documented by their fields given in insert toolbar> Quick
parts according to the categories and field properties.

Footnote Mark:

Footnote usually written at the end of the page explains more about the data, the
option is used for finding and replacing data with the help of its footnote.

Graphic:

A graph made in the document can be found with ^g and replace into any desired
form.

Manual Line Break, Manual Page Break, Section Break:

By pressing Enter button, the document breaks the data with a line and Ctrl+ Enter
breaks the page, these options are used to find and replace data by their line page
column or section break.

White Space:

This option finds white or blank space in the document and replaces it with dashes or
other preferred one.
