1. Technical _ Ability

 As a Civil engineer, I think logically and practical at all time. I analyses


strengths and weaknesses and offer alternative solutions, approaches and
conclusions to problems. Critical thinking helps me to ensure everything should
complete smoothly and systematically.

 Constantly up to date with the latest technologies in my work field and I have
ability to adapt and generate equipment and technology.

 I know how to relate to other people. It is important to know how to work in a


team and help to solve problem.

 I have complex problem solving skills to identify such problems and evaluate
related information to develop and assess options that will offer appropriate
solution.

 I can troubleshoot the complex operating fault in project and solve the fault with
my practical ability.

 Conducting tests and inspection of services, processes to evaluate quality or


performance.

 Considering the relative’s costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the
most appropriate one.

 Drawing preparation and monitor drawing process as per demand. Maintain


close liaison & co-ordination with Consultant, Engineers/Estimators,
Contractors and other team members in the department for effective and
efficient operational activities of the department.

 Manage multiple projects through effective planning, monitoring, reporting of


progress etc.

 Supervise all schedules of routine Construction maintenance work.

 Co-ordination of design and drawings, monitor the progress of projects and


Quality Control.
