This document provides a worksheet to test adverb skills. It contains two sections - the first asks to fill in sentences with the correct adverb from a list, and the second asks to identify whether an adjective or adverb is needed to complete sentences. The worksheet tests understanding of how adverbs are used to modify verbs, adjectives, and other adverbs and when an adverb form is needed versus the adjective form of a word.
