• Responsible for recruitment and advertising efforts for Orientation Counselor position to reach an
applicant pool of 45 students and ultimately offering the position to 28 students.
• Facilitate recruitment presentation for students explaining the benefits of being an Orientation
Counselor.
• Presenting to 450 Orientation students and guests about frequently asked questions while moderating
student lead panel to answer questions.
• Participated in selection and hiring of returning and new Orientation Counselors.
• Created the student staff training manual.
• Respond to students or parents with questions or concerns about orientation.

Center for Service Learning, Graduate Intern May 2018-August 2018

• Recruited incoming for the Ripple Effect learning community.
• Managed logistics and communication plan for Ripple Effect learning community.
