applicant. The applicant should not indulge in any activity that
highlights or publicizes him as an authorized centre till an Allotment
Approval is provided to him, which will entitle his application for

Details of latest fund position of applicant (Society /Trust) for the proposal
along with photocopies of FDR’s latest bank statement of account maintained by
it.
Copy of last income-tax return filed by the applicant.

Important points to be noted:

1. The existing approved institution by the concerned regulatory/statutory


bodies and are desirous of establishing the programme study centre will have
to conduct the VIEP in a separate time schedule which do not clash/overlapp
the classes of the existing programmes. Utilization of the Institution’s
infrastructure should be exclusive during the time period for the conduct of
the classes of the VIEP.
2. Faculty needs to be exclusively appointed for the VIEP.
3. Norms and standards as prescribed by statutory body in technical education
need to be complied with.

4. All the norms and standards and regulations to be notified by IGNOU for
programme study centre from time to time need to be followed.
