To ensure that our program is the best it can be, we encourage all players of our collegiate soccer
team to fill out this survey to evaluate our coaches. Comments and suggestions are encouraged
and appreciated in order to give honest feedback to our staff to make this program stronger and
more elite.

7. Risk Management:

a coaching position. i.e. proper supervision, planning and instruction, matching participants,
safety, first aid and risk management.

the manufacturer.

and conditioning.
