Starter: - The teacher says the morning massage and allowed the students try
writing what is today (today is Monday for example).
- In the starter of lesson teacher asked students to tell the first thing they think
of when they hear the five senses word.
- Teacher used chart paper to write down all idea's students had during brain
storming.
- She put a short carton about the five senses, then explained the lesson to
them and discussed it.
Main activity: The teacher brought for them foods that they could taste and taste differently
to realize that they recognized food with a sense of taste,
and brought to them soft materials and hard to touch, and a bell for hearing,
and for smell sense she brought perfume and rose, and by sense of sight they
can see all these materials and she explain each part with him with full
sentence( I can hear with my ears, I can touch with my hands, I can smell
with my nose, I can see with my eyes, I can taste with my tough). And in the
writing section there will be activity on the five senses where the students
will focus on the taste, then write a sentence about taste (I taste with my
tongue) then will draw what they can taste.
Closing: The teacher divided the students into five groups and each group spoke about
one sense and explained the rest of the class.
Then the teacher put a song about the five senses where students sing and
dance.
