Dear Sir,

Online Tender under Single stage (Techno-Commercial) Bidding System through Central
Public Procurement Portal Govt of India website ( https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app ) are invited
from the manufactures / suppliers for below mentioned item by General Manager ,Indo German
Tool Room, Ahmedabad.

1. supply , Installation and commissioning of Siemens CNC Controller Simulator

Hardware for Turning – Qty -10 No

2. supply , Installation and commissioning of Siemens CNC Controller Simulator

Hardware for Milling – Qty -10 No

Tenders should be accompanied by interest free Earnest Money (Refundable )of an amount of Rs 80,000/-
(Twenty Thousand only) and Tender Fee- Non Refundable Rs 500/-( Five Hundred) by depositing the
amount through RTGS/NEFT in the stipulated IGTR’s C/A mentioned below :

IGTR’s C/A No.080010200004268 with IFSC Code No. UTIB0000080 in Axis Bank, Ground Floor, Business
Square Building, Nr Krishnabaug Char Rasta, Maninagar , Ahmedabad and the scanned copy / soft copy of
RTGS/NEFT acknowledgement of such deposit shall be uploaded along with the technical Bid.

Micro and Small Enterprises(MSEs) as defined in MSE Procurement Policy issued by Department of Micro,
Small and Medium Enterprises(MSME) or registered with the Central Purchase Organization for relevant
machine / equipment / goods /Service (for which this particular Tender is floated) are exempted from
depositing Earnest Money on submission of proof of registration Certificate along with Technical Bid of
tender.

A set of tender documents containing detailed specifications as Annexture-I, format for Price Bid
as Annexture-II, terms & conditions for the above mention item is attached herewith .

Bidders are requested to fill up the tender documents as per the enclosed format. The
specification of items offered by Bidders must be indicated against our required specification.

The on line Tender shall be submitted up to 2 PM on 22.04.2019

The Bidders shall be solely responsible for checking the website http://eprocure.gov.in for any

The supply of the item will be subject to the following terms & conditions :

01] The Online Tender under Single stage (Techno-Commercial) Bidding System should be
submitted on Central Public procurement Govt of India Portal website
( https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app) . The tender/quotation should be addressed to the General
Manager, Indo German Tool Room, Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad
Please note that tender should be submitted online only .Tender submitted by hard copy OR any
other mode will Not be considered.

02] Tender form can be downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app . Tender can be

submitted online on this portal after Paying Tender Fee Rs 500/- Five Hundred – Non Refundable in our
Bank A/c as mentioned in Page1.( Except those organisations which falls under Rule170 of General
Financial Rules, 2017)
03] EMD ( Bid security- refundable) is payable as mentioned in page 1.( Except those organisations which
falls under Rule170 of General Financial Rules, 2017)

04] (i) All Bidders are required to submit scan copy of their GST Registration Certificate along with
Technical Bid. (ii) Eligible Bidders as mentioned in [2] and [3] as above seeking exemption for Tender Fee
and deposition of EMD amount must submit scan copy of valid Certificate ( e.g. certificate issued by NSIC ,
MSME Udyog Aadhar etc) along with Technical Bid.

05] All items supplied against this order will be subject to inspection by the technical experts of the Tool
Room.
06] For providing the Technical Detail Bidder must use Annexture –I . Submission of Technical Bid in
any other format OR mentioning in Technical Bid “ As per Attachment “ will be Rejected .

07] The rates quoted should be in INR on ( Door Delivery basis) F.O.R –IGTR, Ahmedabad . Applicable
Taxes to be mentioned in Quotation. Bidders should use as far as possible Format given in Annexture II for
submitting the commercial part. Our GSTIN is 24AAAJI0033P1ZD
08] Evaluation will be done separately for Siemens CNC Controller Simulator Hardware for Turning
and Siemens CNC Controller Simulator Hardware for Milling and accordingly L1 will be decided
separately. Accordingly , AOC will be awarded to same Bidder or Two different Bidder .

09] Payment Terms : 90% after satisfactory installation and commissioning . 10% after submission of
Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) for 5% of Basic price ,for period covering the warranty period .

10] The General Manager has the right not to accept the lowest rates quoted by the
suppliers / Manufacturers without assigning any reason. General Manager also reserve the right to
cancel the Tender at any stage .
11] All the matters concerned to and not covered herein above, the decision of General
Manager, IGTR Ahmedabad shall be final & binding on the parties.
12] After completion of Tender process EMD will be refunded by depositing the amount in the Bank
Account of Bidders. Bidders are Requested to provide their Bank account detail . It is also recommended
to provide scan copy of cancelled cheque for this purpose.
