Project 1: Selection for the final competition of Industry Defined Problem in Student Outreach Program 2018 Problem: Reuse
& Recycle of rigid waste polyurethane

Project Details: we studied the different methods like mechanical process, hydrolysis, glycolysis, thermal process, Energy
recovery process. Which are not more eco-friendly. And, use of this method for recovery of polyurethane, which is not economical
so we can reuse the polyurethane as CO2 capture.
Technologies used: Adsorption

Project 2: Design and Optimization of Ammonium Nitro Phosphate Plant.

Project Details: We select ODDA process to manufacture Ammonium Nitro Phosphate Plant. We had done Material Balance,
Energy Balance about unit operation and we design absorber, pump and heat exchanger. Now we will simulate this process using
Aspen Plus.

Summer internship in Navin Fluorine International Ltd. for 2 weeks in 2018.
