The McLean County Arts Center is hosting two art festivals in 2018 - the Spring Bloom Fine Arts Festival on March 17th at the Brown Ballroom on the Illinois State University campus, and the Sugar Creek Arts Festival on July 14-15 in Uptown Normal from 10am-5pm on Saturday and 11am-4pm on Sunday. Both festivals will feature local artists and provide an opportunity to see emerging talent.
