Math Class
Technology Rules
We will have many opportunities to use technology in this class
throughout the school year. In order to provide a safe and productive
environment for learning, students must adhere to the following rules.
Please read, sign, and return this paper by next class.

1. “All school rules and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) guidelines


apply.” Please refer to student handbook for clarification.
2. Never give out personal information (i.e. username, password,
student ID).
3. Personal devices (cellphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) will be used at
the discretion of the teacher. Otherwise, they will be put away and
out of sight for the duration of class.
4. Capturing photos and/or taking video recordings of other students
or the teacher will not be permitted.
5. School technology is to be used for educational purposes only.
Students will use school approved websites and refrain from
entering their social media and/or personal websites (blogs, etc.),
blocked, or inappropriate content.
